The park is so peaceful. One of the places to think and let loose.Especially on paper.I'm a book author and It's been a year since I've released a book.All my friends haven't seen me leave my house in so long since I've been trying to think.The was a squirrel that scurried past me and ran up a tree.It was gone in a flash.I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket so I took it out,and saw it was a call.
"Hello?"
"Hello Y/n,It's me James."
I smiled and changed my voice to a happier tone.I have a crush on James,but he would never date me.Mainly cause we've been friends for a while.
"Well hi james!What's up?
"Well I have an idea for a book."
"Shoot."
He hesitated before he spoke.
"Well we should write one together."
I smiled.
"I would love to!When should I come over so we can discuss it?"
"Ok,What about tomorrow at 8AM?"
"Lovely,See you tomorrow."
"Bye"

He hanged up and I put my phone up.I smiled knowing I get to see James tomorrow.I haven't seen him in 2 months.I miss him so much.Well I should get home and get ready for tomorrow.

I woke up and rushed to the bathroom to get ready.I tried my best to be quick so I can see James.After I got out of the shower I put on my Tartan printed mini dress.

I was in a hurry,but I wanted to look decent.Doing so took about 30 minutes.I couldn't eat breakfast because it would take 5 minutes.It takes 20 minutes to get to his house,so I had to start driving.So I got my phone,purse,writing book,and pencil.I stuffed them in my bag and took out my keys.I locked my house door and walked to my car.I rolled down my windows to feel the nice fall air. I turned on the radio and just enjoyed the ride.I could not wait to see James.It's been a while since I've seen his adorable and handsome face. ~~~~After The Car Ride~~~~ Soon as I arrived to his house I pulled into his driveway.I grabbed my bag and got out of the car.When I slammed my door shut James came out. "Hey y/n!" "Hey James!Ive missed you." I walked toward him and gave him a nice hug.After the nice hug we stood there.He gestured to his house and said "please,do come inside." I followed him into his house.His home was as same as usual. I followed him to the couch and sat. "Have you ate yet this morning?" "Yeah." "That's good." He was silent for a moment.He looked like he was thinking about something. "Everything alright?" I said in a concerned tone. "Uh yeah." He slowly got up looking nervous. "I'm going to go use the bathroom.while I'm there you get the materials ready." Then he walked off.That was weird.I wonder why he was so nervous.I got all my stuff out of my bag and set them on the table in front of the couch.Were probably not actually writing today.We may just be pitching ideas.So I waited for a few mint before he came back.When he walked in he looked full of stress. "Ok I know your not alright.you look like your stressed and trust me,I know what that looks like." "And feels." I mumble under my breath. He sighed. "Fine.Let's sit down and talk." I'd have to admit he's kinda scaring me.He never acts like this.I sat down next to him.He grabbed my hands in his.They were cold.At least he ain't shaking. "No y/n there's actually two reasons I wanted you to come over.I honestly did want to write a book with you,but out of all my friends I picked you.For one I wanted to help you." He sighed. "I'm sorry that I have to tell you this but...the reason I chose you is that...I like you." He tried to let go of my hands but I squeezed them tight.He was blushing so much.I leaned in and kissed his nose. "And I thought it was obvious I liked you." He chucked but then noticed what I said. "You like me back?" "Totally!How does its sound that after we pitch ideas we go on a date?" "I'd love that." When I reached for my notebook I said "wanna write a love story?"
