Spencer never thought he would be sitting in a chair outside of the principals office talking to a police officer, but despite what he may have thought, it's happening. Spencer sits patiently while the officer stares him down.

"What's your name?" the officer asks.

"Spencer Reid," he replies with a shrug. He doesn't know what kind of dirt they may think there is on him, but he knows besides a little bit of underage drinking, he's done nothing wrong.

"Why did you have those drugs?"

"I didn't. For the last time, someone's clearly setting me up," Spencer sighs. The officer folds his arms across his chest and frowns.

"I don't believe you."

"Look, officer.." Spencer glances at his name tag. "Simmons, I don't do drugs. Drug test me right now. I dare you."

"Right now it's your word against hers, and I don't see what Cat Adams would have to gain from setting you up," Simmons says calmly. Spencer groans and leans back in his chair. Part of him can tell that he isn't leaving this room for a long time.

Emily rushes through hallways, narrowly avoiding bumping into people. She doesn't care if she's late for her next class; this is urgent. She finally finds JJ, and all in one breath, she frantically explains what just happened.

"JJ, you won't fucking believe this. That police guy dragged Spencer out of the cafeteria. There were drugs in his backpack."

"Wait.. what?" JJ asks.

"Is boy genius okay?" Penelope asks. Emily shakes her head.

"Look, we need to find out who put them there," JJ suggests. "We all know he isn't shooting up in the bathroom. He's Spencer."

"You're right," Emily says.

"Do you know anyone that has a grudge against him? It had to have happened at lunch. He would have used his backpack in fourth period," Penelope suggests.

Emily's expression shifts. "Oh my god. Cat Adams."

At this point class has been going on for almost ten minutes, but Penelope, Emily, and JJ all know that Cat Adams has a free period right after lunch.

Cat and Lindsey are, to absolutely no one's surprise, shamelessly making out in front of Cat's locker.

"Thirsty bitch," Emily mutters. She loudly clears her throat and Cat and Lindsey separate. Lindsey is red with embarrassment, but Cat couldn't care less.

"It better be important," Cat sneers. JJ rolls her eyes.

"Look, we know you put drugs in Spence's backpack. Once we have evidence you're going down."

"Oh, really?" Cat asks. "The popular girl planted drugs on the autistic kid. Do you think anyone will believe that?"

JJ turns red with pure anger. She shrugs off her backpack and it falls to the tile with a loud thud. JJ pulls her arm back and punches Cat square in the jaw.
