New year's Eve

Weekend came by with a blink of an eye . Jennie got dressed in her favourite outfit . A strapless,white creamy coloured mini dress.

Do I look good ?

"Of course you do unnie " Sana answered from the back while wearing her heels

"I said that out loud didn't I ?" Jennie asked smiling sheepishly . Sana nodded and continued on getting dressed

Jisoo bursted in the room all dolled up

"You girls ready ?" She asked and the two nodded simultaneously getting into the car

They arrived at the location of the party which happened to be the rooftop . The cold wind rushed by Jennie , she closed her eyes enjoying the moment, the past week had been pretty tiring from Jieun 's drama to the exams

She opened her eyes and saw a famillair man dressed up in a black outfit . His sleeves rolled up and eyes fixed on Jennie. She felt a rush adrenaline in her . It felt as if it was deja vu of the first time they met . His eyes never hers nor did hers

"You look pretty " he commented and Jennie blushed a deep shade of red

"You don't look bad as well " she said and now it was his turn to blush

"Okay you love birds come on the countdown is gonna begin " Jin said from the back making both of the blush

They went near the railings to watch the fireworks and unexpectedly the rest of them were a bit too far

Jennie rolled on her bed the sunlight coming through the curtains right in her face . She stretched her arms when her phone ringed .

"Good morning! Babe " the voice Said and Jennie looked at the screen it was kai she still hasn't gotten used to kai being her boyfriend although it has been over a week

"Good morning " she replied

"I'll be picking you up today so get ready " he said and Jennie smiled

"Okay see you later " Jennie said and cut the call

She hurried and got dressed up. Today there was an orientation workshop at college though Jennie already knows what's be wants to pursue

"Penny for your thoughts?" Kai asked smiling

"Oh it's nothing have you decided your field ?" She asked and kai nodded

"My field is going to be .....taking care of Jennie Kim " he replied with a smug look on his face

"Yah what am I ? 12 ?" She asked puffing her cheeks a action she does when she's angry

Kai hugged and gave her a peck on her lips

"Sorry hun " he said and jennie turned back smiling kissing him on the lips

"Ew! no PDA " Sana and taehyung said coming into the picture

But nobody bothered them right now it was their perfect moment
