I'll be the main lead who wins your heart

Love is a weird thing . It makes you feel all types of emotions; lust, anger , jealousy but most importantly pain . It breaks you down to the point that you're no longer in control of your emotions. Hanbin never felt this immense amount of pain  not even when he broke his arm while trying to do a summer sault at his grannie's house . He knocked thrice on the black door untill he heard a faint ' come in ' . He entered the cabin and instead of seeing Jennie , there was the guy from the wedding,Kim jongin, he had searched his name on naver right after the wedding and boy was he shocked , he knew right after that he was Jennie's ex , the one who she kissed last night , his blood boiled at the sight of him and he clenched his fists

"What are you doing here?" Hanbin asked the male Infront who was staring at the picture of him and jennie, it was when they both went on their first vacation after graduation

"I never thought of seeing you here" kai says putting down the photograph
"Looks like you two had fun"

"Yeah and she even moved on from the guy who broke her heart " he stated and kai narrowed his eyes

"Well the kiss last night says other wise"kai smirked "I know you were there"

"That's it !" Hanbin yelled throwing a punch at his face

Kai's surprised face was soon replaced with a smirk

"Is that the best you've got ?" He grabbed his collar "remember that you're the second lead in this drama. I'll win over her just like I did before"

"You're so confident" he smirked " but where were you when she was suffering? When she cried herself to sleep ? Now you show up after five years acting all high and mighty !"

Kai loosened his grip on his collar and clenched his jaw . Before he could say something in his defence or spit out a savage response the door opened revealing Jennie who had her eyes widened

"What happened?" She asked and hanbin snickered glaring at kai

"Ask your boyfriend , sorry I meant ex boyfriend"

That son of b****

"Kai what happened?"

"Nothing I'll get going " he replied and left

"Is it because of him?" He inquired

"What do you mean ? This has nothing to do with him , I just don't feel the same thing " she snapped

"But" he says "can you give me a chance ?"

"Sorry hanbin but I can't "

12 hours earlier

Hanbin left the building with a furious look on his face when he received a text message

He quickly re entered the building and entered her office

"Oh hanbin ? What was that fight about " Jennie inquired and hanbin shrugged his shoulders

"Nothing , you wanna hang out tonight ? I found an amazing restraunt downtown " he suggested

Jennie was skeptical about his response but decided to let it slide.

"Wow hanbin you picked a pretty nice place " Jennie exclaimed while hanbin smiled smugly

The dinner was unusually quite when hanbin cleared his throat and finally asked her

"Jennie what do you think of me ?"

"I think of you as a wonderful friend who helps me whenever I need him " she smiled

"But what if I want to be something more " he said and Jennie put down her utensils and sighed . She had known about  hanbin's feelings for her but didn't want to turn him down .

" I'm sorry but we can't be something more than that "

"Is it because of him?" He inquired

"What do you mean ? This has nothing to do with him , I just don't feel the same thing " she snapped

"But" he says "can you give me a chance ?"

"Sorry hanbin but I can't "

It was.his turn to sigh

"Alright let's leave " he said taking his coat and exiting the restaurant

They were about to reach his car when a famillair one stopped by the windows rolled down showing a smirking man

"I'll be taking her from here " he said and hanbin frowned

"And why is that jongin?" Hanbin asked

"I have a few things to discuss with her " was his response. Jennie sensed the tense environment and decided to go with kai much to hanbin's dismay

He watched the car get out of sight and sighed

Guess you win kai, take care of her .
