Why do you feel so insecure ?

*3 years earlier *

Jennie Kim shuffled through the hallway trying to avoid someone . It was her last year in high school and probably the worst one so far . Taehyung and his group had been bullying her for the last three years since she joined the school but their bullying had increased since last year

"Yah you nerd! " A voice echoed through the hallway

' they're here ' Jennie thought as she tried to run but was pulled back

Just great

" Let me go taehyung " she screamed

"Aw so you remember my name " he said pulling her even more

"What do you want " she asked trying to escape his grip

"Take this " he  threw some books at her face

"And I want you to complete these workbooks by tomorrow " he said and left with his group

Why does he hate me though? she thought as she gathered the books

In reality taehyung was starting to grow feelings for her ...

The bullying had.crushed her self esteem. She had no one to talk to her parents would fight all the time . She was breaking down inside .....

*3 years later*

Jennie escaped high school and was now in her first year of  college . She had started using makeup to look prettier not that she wasn't already. Her self esteem was already down

"Yah Jennie " she heard a voice behind her and it was non other than Kim jisoo her best friend she had accepted her  of who she was and would always cheer her up 

"Oh jisoo" she said smiling at her friend

"You know two new students are joining us this year " she informed Jennie

"And?"

"They're all boys " jisoo replied smirking

"Come on jisoo you know I'm not ready for any relationship " Jennie replied to her

" Jennie you're in highschool you should date then you'll be in a lovely relationship like me and Jin " she replied making a kiss face which Jennie slapped back

They both chatted and arrived at the classroom door only to be stopped by a familiar blonde head

" What do you want Sana ?" Jisoo asked clearly annoyed

"Your soul !" She said and laughed bitterly

"Get out of the way " Jennie said trying to look strong but Sana wasn't going to let her reputation go in drain she pulled her hair but was stopped by a hand

"It would be really appreciated if you follow the rules " the guy said glaring at her

Sana gulped and went inside the classroom . the two girls turned their heads and saw a guy about Their age he had a dull look on his face and had tan skin . The light shimmering on him gave his looks life.

"Take a picture " he said smirking at the girls

"What?" Jennie asked

"You were staring " he replied with a smug look on his face

"I was not "

"Whatever floats your boat " he said and went inside the classroom

"He's so rude !" Jennie said to girl besides her

"And so handsome " jisoo replied staring dreamily  at the boy . Jennie smacked her head

"Don't forget you already have a boyfriend " she said dragging her inside

The teacher arrive insidede the classroom and Jennie kept on staring the young male Infront not noticing that someone else was also looking at her with a smile on their smile

" Students we have two people joining us this year " the teacher announced and two students stood up and went Infront . They were both tall and one of them was the boy from before and the other had a mask on his face but his eyes looked familiar

The first guy started his introduction

" Hello my name is Kim jongin you can call me kai for short " he said in his deep voice

His introduction was short just the way Jennie likes

What? I must be crazy

The second guy stepped forward and took out his mask and Jennie let out a huge gasp with the class looking at her direction . She muttered a sorry and the guy smiled  at her  while kai looked at the two from his seat

"Hello everyone my name is Kim taehyung you can call me V" he said making a cute pose at the end with endless cheers from the class

He went ahead and sat besides Jennie while kai sat besides sana

" Hello " taehyung began

"Hi " Jennie replied trying to wipe out the awkwardness

"It's been a while " he said staring at her

"Yeah it has "

Taehyung stared at her half of the class

"What do you want?" She asked him

"Did it hurt ?" He suddenly asked

"When?"

"When fell from heaven " he replied smirking

Jennie rolled her eyes trying to hide her smile she was not going to forgive him for what he did years ago. She moved seats and sat at the back which had two vacant seats while v smirked to himself the teacher came back and kai abruptly stood up  sat at the seat besides Jennie .

Sana had been clinging in to him for so long but her tastes changed when he saw v sitting beside her rival Jennie Kim. She stood up as well and sat on the empty seat besides v.

"Hello I  am Sana " she said looking at the male Infront she may be a playgirl but for the first time she felt a spark inside of her

"Hi " he replied back and they were quiet for the rest of the class

On the back of the class they two sat quietly untill Jennie decided to break the silence

"Thank you " she said

"For what ?"

"For saving me from Sana " she replied and kai chuckled

"No problem but why did you switch ?" He asked her

"He's an old person who I wanted to forget " she replied

"Care to explain ?"

"He was my bully in highschool but now he's all flirty what about you ?" She asked

" What about me ?"

" Why did you switch with Sana ? She's pretty boys would die for her " Jennie asked

"Well I guess I am not a boy then " he smiled

"Do you think that being pretty is all that matters ?" He asked

"For me ? Yes "

"Why ?"

" I-I don't think that I'm pretty " she replied

" Why do you feel so insecure you're pretty just the way you are" he said staring into her eyes

" What?-"

"What falling for me already?" He smirked and left the classroom
