Depression (Chucky x reader)

Reader's POV
I were sitting at the roof of your apartment building just staring off into the distance.You just came back from a horrible day at my school,I was the typical loner kid that no one liked to hang out with so that only made the bullies worse.I always came to the rooftop debating if I should jump,The voices said that I should just end my missable life.No one would care anyway.

I felt something wet drip from my cheek onto my hand.I looked at the substance for a second realizing it was just my tears.Recent my mother bought me a buddi doll,She started to see how much sadder I became but she would never expect that I was depressed.The doll was left in my room after I turned it on snd stuff,To be honest the doll was cool.It could walk around and acted similar to a human.I decided I've been out here long enough so I got up from the edge and walked over to the doll that lead back into the complex.

Opening the door and walking back down the stairs didn't take long,Once I was at my door I walked in finding my mother asleep on her boyfriend.I quickly ran to my room not wanting him to know I'm here.I opened my bed room door than shut it sinking down so I was sitting to it with my back leaning on it.I pushed my bag to the side as I sat there.Movement caught me out of my trance,I sat up quickly and turned my head towards the spud only seeing the doll.If the doll had emotions I bet it'd hate me.I turned my head avoiding his gaze.I heard the noise of small footsteps coming towards me,Something wrapped around my leg hugging it so I turned seeing the doll hugging my legs.

Once he saw I was looking at him he leaped in to hug me,Pain spread through my arms.I let out a yelp from pain causing him to let go,Tears threatened my eyes from the pain.

"Bestie?"His voice was pure innocence,I wrapped my arms around myself.Him calling me bestie made me feel somewhat happy since that was the first complaint in ages.He went to touch my arms again but I tried to move back only hitting the door.I looked at him for a second to see an upset expression as if he were hurt.I slowly extended my arm to him slowly trying not to cause pain or scare him.His gaze was set on my arm,When it was in front of him I stopped.My heart was racing incase he hurt me anymore and what he might daw when he finds out I've cut myself.

He grabbed my arm than slowly and carefully lifted the sleeve revealing deep cuts scattered along the skin.I closed my eyes waiting for pain but after a few minutes felt nothing.I opened my eyes to see no one in front of me,tears filled my eyes as I bought my hand back to myself.

'Of cause he left you,You're such s crybaby!'My thoughts spoke only to stop when the doll came back with something in his hands.It was bandages,Confusion filled me as he walked back over to me and extended his arm.I gave him back my hand as he lifted the sleeve than proceeded to bandage them up.He looked at my other arm do I moved it into his reach,He did the same than hugged me.I hugged back crying onto his shoulder.

My sobs died down to soft hiccups,He was still hugged me ad he spoke soothing words into my ear.I moved my sleeve up to whip my tears but he pushed it back down as he whipped them with his tiny hand.

"It's okay now bestie,"He smiled as he proceeded to hug me again."But who...who hurt you."His voice was filled with sorrow but faded into emotionless.This caused you to be slightly scared trying to think of a excuse but nothing came to mind but the truth.

"I...I d-did..."My voice was broken as I stuttered,The room was silent till Chucky spoke again.

"Why,Why would a pretty person hurt themself?"He spoke as he looked into my misty eyes.I had no response so I just turned my gaze towards the ground.

"I'm not pretty...I'm ugly.I deserve to die Chu-"I was cut off by Chucky grabbing my shoulders and staring into my eyes with sorrow.

"No you are pretty!You're not ugly and don't ever say you deserve...deserve to die!"He yelled still holding my shoulders,His eyes flashed red when he said 'die' which worried me.I looked down not believing his words,This only cause Chucky to lift my chin with his small hand.He stared i to my eyes again."I'll prove it."I was confused till Chucky leaned forward and placed his lips to mine,At first I was struck with many emotions but after a few seconds leaned into the kiss.The kiss broke minutes later as we stared into each others eyes.I smiled which cause Chucky to smiled than proceeded to jump up and down excitedly,I giggled at this only to be interrupted by a knock on the door.J quickly stood up seeing my Mother's boyfriend,He glared at me than spoke.

"Keep it down would you,"I nodded my head looking down as he left.I shut the door than looked back at Chucky who was staring at the door.I kneeled down and opened my arms wanting to hug him which he gladly leapt into.I smiled at he leaned his head on my shoulder and hugged my neck.I picked up than flopped onto the bed.Chucky laid on my chest as I proceeded to play on my phone for once in my life i felt an emotion I hadn't in a while,Happiness.
