The next day, I still felt sick. Robin called me to go to the gym but I had to decline and stay at home.

"Something isn't right," My mum commented. "I know that," I scoffed.
"Less of the attitude. I'll get you a doctors appointment," She told me.
"Thanks mum. Also I haven't started my period yet. I'll keep checking," I replied. "You'll get better baby," She kissed my head and left. I went into the bathroom to check if my period come and it still hadn't. I even checked my period tracker app and I was suppose to start it today. I was confused but decided to leave it and check tomorrow.

The next morning, I checked for my period again and it still wasn't there. I was starting to get worried and scared. I ran downstairs to speak to my mum. "Mum!" I shouted. She was walking out the door, on her way to work. "What's wrong?" She asked me.
"My period still hasn't come," I told her. "How late is it?" My mum questioned. "A few days," I replied.
"I'll book an appointment during my lunch break. I've got to go," She stated before closing the door. I went back up to my room.

All through the day, I did two things. I went to the gym with Robin and I cleaned my room. I could only do things before I felt sick. My mum eventually came home from work. "I booked the appointment and it's tomorrow," My mum told me.
"Ok. Thanks."

The next day, my mum woke me up. "Rylie. It's time for your appointment!" My mum shook me awake. "I'm awake," I murmured.
"Get up!" She shouted.
"I'm up!" I yelled, sitting up.
"Get ready," She ordered before leaving. I groaned and got dressed.

We arrived at the doctors and were told to sit in the waiting room. I was getting nervous and my mum could tell. "Its going to be ok," She reassured me," They'll find out what's wrong and give you medication. You'll be better in a few days." I smiled at her and fidgeted with my hands.

"Hi Rylie, Are you feeling ok?" The doctor asked me. "I do at the moment. I felt sick earlier this morning," I replied. "Has this been on going?" He questioned. I nodded. "How long?"
"A about a week or so," I responded.
"Ok. Has there been any issues in your period?" He quizzed.
"Um yeah. I'm late by a few days," I answered. "I'm just going to do a few tests and we'll find out what's wrong."
He did the tests and then we had to wait for the results. The results came back after 15 minutes. The doctor looked over them and smiled at me and my mum. "Congratulations. Your going to be a mother," He beamed. I froze. "A m-mother?" I stammered.
"Yes. The results came back and it seems your pregnant," The doctor explained. I turned to look at my mum, who was trying to smile. "Thank you doctor."

We walked to the car and my mum started questioning. "I thought I told you to use protection?!" She screamed. "We did! We haven't been together for long but we have. I'm not that dumb!" I shouted.
"Clearly there had to be one time you didn't," She stared at me.
"I don't think so. I made sure to use pro-"
I remember back to the night with Zach. "Shit," I whispered.
"Language Rylie Cox!" My mum stated. "What's wrong anyway?" She asked. "Oh. Nothing. It's fine," I smiled. Well, faked a smile. "I guess we can't go back in time. I am happy for you sweetie."
