1 week later
Perrie carries the last of her bags downstairs and placed it along with the others I front of the large door, it was a strange feeling for her getting ready for tour. She hadn't done this since before Oakley was born, 4 years of constantly being with her family and now she was finally getting to tour with the girls again. She'd found it hard at first going back to work, writing songs and coming back home late, for a few weeks after their holiday she only saw her kids when they were asleep. Then there was Oakleys operation which gave perrie a few days off work again. The girls saw how much she hated being away from Alex and the kids, but no one yet knew how she would be on tour, perrie was dreading it in all honesty, she wanted to pack her family up and take them with her but she knew with the size of the bus that just wasn't practical, plus the girls all have school/nursery. The first leg of the tour ran from September through to mid December where they'd all come home for Christmas. Of course alex was going to take the girls to any shows that were nearby but with them being at school and nursery he couldn't travel far with them in case they weren't to make it back in time.
Alex walked into the hall where perrie had just placed her bags and wrapped his arms around her, he rested his chin on her head as her hands cane up to hold his. "I don't want to leave you" perrie whispered turning around so her face was buried in his chest, "trust me, I don't want you to go either" he mumbled kissing perrie forehead. "I love you, yeh. Remember" perrie sighed looking alex in the eyes, Alex nodded. "Always. I love you too" he smiled. The pair stayed wrapped in each other's embrace until the patter of little feet could be heard. Alex and perrie looked down to the side to see indigo, "mama, you have to go?" Indigo asked, perrie gent down and lifted her youngest daughter up, "yes baba I do, I'm sorry" perrie frowned, "but mama, no want you to go" Indigo mumbled, her bottom lip began to quiver as she forced her head into the crook of perries neck, "oh baba, I wish I could stay. Listen, dada will be here the whole time, and you can phone me and FaceTime me anytime you want, I promise time will fly and I'll be home before you know it" perrie exclaimed, "you promise mama" indigo smiled slightly, "I promise dingo" perrie replied. Indigo smiled as perrie gave her a gentle kiss and placed her back down on the floor.
After only a few seconds Tabitha appeared next to perrie, "love you Teej, you remember to text me all the time, send me pictures and keep me up to date" perrie smirked, "of course I will" Tabitha smiled, "I can call you before each show right?" She asked, "you can call me anything you want, you need anything or you just want to talk to someone you can call me ok" perrie said, Tabitha nodded, "I love you" Tabitha said whilst wrapping her arms round perrie, "I love you too baby" perrie smiled.
Tabitha went and sat on the stairs with indigo whilst they waited for Alex to come back with Oakley. They were waiting a while but he finally walked up the stairs from the basement, "somebody doesn't want to see their mama leave" alex sighed passing a distraught Oakley over to perrie. Oakley was sobbing her heart out and she clung into perrie as though her life depended on it. "Oh my baby" perrie sighed, "shhh calm down babs" she whispered. Perrie gently rubbed Oakleys back hoping to get her to calm down, after another couple of minutes Oakley stopped crying but still held tight onto perrie, "what's wrong baba?" Perrie asked, "I don't want you to go away" Oakley mumbled, "I know baba and neither do I but I have to" perrie replied, "but mama, I love you. You're not allowed to go without me" Oakley tried, "oh little O you're a clever one but I have to go without you sweet. You and indigo have nursery whilst I'm away and we can't have you missing that or we'll get into lots of trouble. You get to stay here with dada and Teej and dingo anyway and have loads of fun" perrie explained, "but I want you to stay and have fun too!" Oakley protested, "listen oaks, dada can phone me and you can talk to me every night before bed, and some mornings before nursery, I promise you'll have a good time, and anyway you need to look after dada whilst I'm away" perrie said, Oakley nodded, "I'll miss you mama" she frowned, "I'll miss you too baby, lots and lots" perrie replied giving Oakley one last big hug and kiss. She then placed Oakley on the stairs with her sisters, where she quickly climbed onto Tabithas knee.
