Chapter 8: Badass boss

Error was sitting on the edge of the cliff, admiring the stars of the forever-night sky of Outertale, It was beautiful and peaceful. His been visiting this place a lot these last few days, actually it became his favorite place in the entire Multiverse. It was perfect,... well, it would be if it wasn't for-

"Heya friend."

-Him. Error growled annoyed before looking behind only to see Outer approaching with a lazy smile. Of course, him again...

"YOu mUsT REalLy eNjOY BeINg kILled OVeR aNd OvER AgAIn." How many times where now? Error has been killing him ever since they first meet, but the guy just kept coming close to Error again after every reset.

Outer flinched at the glitchy voice, it was the first time he heard Error speak. I mean, the voice did suit him cuz he was all glitchy sometimes, but somehow Outer was expecting a much cuter voice coming from someone so small. He pushed those thoughts aside maintaining his lazy smile.

"Not as much as you enjoy killing me." He replied sarcastically before going ahead and sit next to him, which did not please Error.

The glitchy skeleton glared at Outer like he was ready to kill him. Trying to scare him away, but it didn't work, the Sans just stared at him with curious eyes, like he was analyzing him. Not the reaction Error was looking for.

"IF YoU dON't WAnT tO dIe, LEAVe!" He threatened with a dark glare.

"Oh? A warning before jumping for the kill? That's an improvement. " Outer chuckled at his own sarcasm. Error growled in annoyance.

"IF YoU aRe nOT GoNNA lEAve, aT LeaST sHUt Up." He grumble looking away at the starry sky, deciding to let him live as long as he didn't bothered him. Honestly, Error was kind of used to Outer by now, and maybe some company wouldn't be bad? No! He didn't need the company of a dirty anomaly! He was just fine alone!

Outer kept staring at him before turning to look at the stars. Reflecting. Why was he continually visiting this obviously dangerous -probably insane- skeleton? He sure didn't enjoyed being killed, -and he definitely wasn't attracted by his cuteness-  but he was curious about this small skeleton that kept coming to his AU only to look at the stars, - It actually made him happy to see someone appreciating his AU this much. - Plus he had to make sure... maybe he should just call Ink? 

Snapping out of his thoughts, Outer found himself staring at Error again, he could tell that the glitchy skeleton was feeling very uncomfortable with the constant attention he was getting. But -strangely- Error just kept looking at the sky pretending not to notice him. It didn't seem like he was going to be killed any time soon, so Outer tried starting a conversation, -  "You know. Is not very healthy being alone all the time," -  with a pun cuz he's a Sans -  "You night become insane." (waaay too late pal)

Outer looked at the black skeleton, smiling proudly at his own joke. Error didn't noticed the word play, only glared darkly at Outer, taking the 'insane' part as an insult. The pale skeleton dropped his smile after realizing the other's misunderstanding. 

"I-it was a pun! Only a joke!" He tried explaining, he definitely wouldn't enjoy being brutally murdered again, plus he actually wanted to get along with the guy. "It wasn't an insult or anything... c-cuz you are definitely not insane- " -He obviously was tho.
