Chapter 23 - Happy Now?

Cora's POV

As people know, they fear me because I am Herobrine's long lost sister. The same thing has happened to me, but none of the evil has seeped into my system. None of my friends dislike me, it's just my frikking brother.

Herobrine came up to me and told me everything. "Hello, sis." He said. "The time is almost up. She has four days to come to me, or else her dear friend will suffer."

He showed me a magic image of Madelyn's friend. She had cat ears and black clothes. She looked familiar. Wait. I thought. That's Eileen. I stormed out the door in anger.

"Was it something I said?" He called. I flipped him off.

I walked outside in the nether world. It sucked down here. I'd rather be up in the over world of Minecraftia. Then I heard something.

It was a female voice. "Cora!" She said. "A little help here?"

I turned to see a girl in black with brown hair and blonde tips including cat ears nodding her head for me to come over. I went over.

"Hey." I said. "How are you doing?"

"Yeah." she said. "I'm very uncomfortable, tied to this pole and all."

"Then you are coming with me." I said. "I will untie you and teleport you to the over-world, and I am coming with you."

"But what about your brother?" She asked.

"Oh." I said. "Just forget him. Don't worry. I'll go get your weapons."

Eileen's POV

This can't be happening. I thought excitedly. Herobrine's sister, saving my life? That's so unlike anything. She returned to me, my bow and arrows, and gave me a few potions for the ride. And a PIE!!!

"Now." Said Cora. "It will only be a matter of time until my brother comes in. We have to be quick."

I nodded and waited for her go. He then was coming around the corner. She nodded to me as I held onto her arm. She snapped her fingers and ender sparks flew around us. We started fading away from the nether. Then, after a minute, everything went black.

Madelyn's POV

"So, what do we need?" I asked as Sam, Garrett, and Caitlin were getting their weapons. "I suppose we don't need anything since we are totally stacked." Sam said. We all laughed.

I walked outside and felt the cool breeze blowing my hair back. I took a deep breath and I felt more refreshed than ever. I polished my diamond sword sharpening the blade, hoping I could kill Herobrine in one slash. I walked around for a bit, waiting for my friends to finish getting their stuff. However, I saw a trace of ender sparks. I was ready to fight Herobrine. Just then, a girl with brown hair and white eyes appeared with Eileen.

"Who are you?" I demanded. "And why do you have Eileen?"

"Madelyn!" She said. "It's Cora."

"Then why do you have his eyes?" I asked. "You are like him."

"I know, but he's my gosh darn brother and I hate him." She said.

"How do I know it's not you?" I spat.

"Oh, c'mon, Madelyn." She replied. "How could I try and kill my childhod friend?"

As for Eileen, I watched as she just ran into the house and dove into the pumpkin pie. She made a huge mess and everything was incredibly loud.

Garret's POV

The first thing I saw was Eileen running in and diving into one of our pumpkin pies.

"Oh my God!" I yelled. "Eileen! She's back!"

"Yes!" She screamed. "Pie!"

"Is she always like this?" Sam asked.

"Yes." I said. "Every time."

Madelyn then ran in the house after a girl in black. She had white eyes like Herobrine. We all drew our weapons.

"Please don't kill me." She spat. "I just did you guys a gosh damn favor. Please cut me some slack."

We were ready to charge, but Eileen stopped us.

"Stop!" She yelled. "She saved my life. Let her be."

We put away our weapons.

"Happy now?" I asked.

"Yes, thank you." she replied. "Now, Imma eat my pie in peace."

Madelyn's POV

I sighed. "I'm sorry, Cora." I said. "You look so much like him."

"Eh, I don't care anymore." She said. "My brother is a frikking imbecile. I can't take it. He always bosses me around."

"When should we go?" Asked Sam.

"Why don't we wait till morning." Said Caitlin.

"No." I said. "The more we procrastinate, the more Herobrine will be on top of us. We will leave at sundown."

"I would." Cora said. "I agree with Madelyn for once."

The sun was above us. "Might as well go soon." I said. "Let's not waste a minute. We gained three people. Let's try to stick together."
