From now on, when the cats are talking, just assume they are talking in their native languages. It's easier than me going back and forth to Google Translate repeatedly , and I think it'll be easier for you guys, too. So yeah, I'm not translating for the Nordics anymore. lol

I wake up from a dreamless sleep to find myself laying on a bed. Moving my head around to observe my surroundings, I see one of the Nyanko-Nordics lying by my feet. He looks at me calmly with his large, purple eyes.

"Hey, Emil. How long was I alseep?" I ask him as I slowly sit up.

"Just over two hours. How are you feeling?" He meows. It's strange how they meow human words.

"Much better. I'm fine, really. Has everyone else come back from school already?" I ask, because I can hear extra voices downstairs.

"They got back while you were sleeping. Everyone is waiting in the living room. Come on." He tells me. Emil jumps off the bed and pads away.

Following him, we arrive back at the living room to see twelve guys and four guys watching me. I stop walking, unnerved by the many eyes on me.

"Hey, everybody." I say nervously, looking around.

I see Gilbert lean towards his brother, but I can hear what he said anyway.

"Sie haben nicht gesagt, dass sie diese ehrfürchtig hübsch." Ludwig looked a little annoyed by Gilbert, but reluctantly nodded in agreement. (German: They didn't say she was this awesomely pretty.)

I giggle. "Danke, Gilbert. Es ist schön, euch beide zu treffen." (German: Thank you, Gilbert. It's nice to meet both of you.)

While the Germans are gaping at me, I turn to face the Italians. "Feliciano, Lovino, è bello incontrare voi due pure." Feliciano looks delighted, his older brother looks stunned. (Italian: Feliciano, Lovino, it's nice to meet you two as well.)

Then I turn to look at the quiet Japanese man sitting alone. "Kiku wa, sore wa anata o mitasu tame ni ureshīdesu. Watashi wa anata no Aru yaku anime bangumi ga sonzai suru riyū kiite mo?" (Japanese: Kiku, it's nice to meet you. May I ask why there is an anime show about al of you?)

A very small smile touches his face. "Karera wa kake o ushinatta." he replies simply. (Japanese: They lost a bet.)

I burst out laughing, making everyone but Japan wonder what was going on. When I finally catch my breath, I look at the Allies. "So, how much did you tell them about me?"

"Dude! We just told them that there was a girl who has to live with us for a while 'cause she knew our top-secret secret!" Alfred yelled excitedly.

"Okay, we're you at least nice enough to tell them the girl's name?" I asked sarcastically.

I could tell by their hesitation that they hadn't, so I turned back to the guys who didn't know my name.

"Zeralina Lizbeth Elbrian, but call me Zera!" I told them, doing a little curtsy. "Consider me your new housemate!" (If I remember right, my BFF cracked up when she first read that little part... I'm lmao-ing right now... XD)

There weren't any seats left, and I didn't feel like sitting on anyone's lap, so I sat on the coffee table in the middle of the room. "Speaking of which, if I'm gonna be staying here for who knows how long, everyone needs new sleeping arrangements. I'd trust most of you guys, but it would still be completely inappropriate for me to share a room with any of you guys." I state matter-of-factly.

"What do you suggest?" Vlad asked, studying me.

"Well, you guys can switch around if there are too many problems. Just remember that. Arthur, Alfred, Francis, and Matthew. Feli, Lovino, Gilbert, and Ludwig. Yao, Kiku, Ivan, and Vlad." I glance at Vlad apologetically, then speak to the Nordic cats. "You guys can stay in the same room as me for the time being. We'll figure something else out once you're human again." They nod thoughtfully, some more eagerly than others. However, I hear protests behind me.

"But, zhey are men! It is still inappropriate for zhem to share a room with you!" Francis complained.

I look him in the eyes. "Jealous much? Anyway, while that's true, it's okay for now because like it or not, they're cats." To prove my point, I heft Tino into my arms, stroking his head. "HUGE cats, but I'm fine with sharing a room with them because they can't try anything." I jokingly glare at the Frenchmen, who puts his hands up in surrender.. The only sound for a moment is Tino purring against my hand.

"While I'm on the subject," I continune, deciding this needed to be said. "I know none of you aren't the kind to try, but if any of you make any kind of unwelcome sexual or romantic advancement towards me, it could get ugly fast. Understand?" My voice had dropped an octave, seeming more like an animal's growl than the speech of a teenage girl. Several of the guys were unconsciously guarding their crotch with their hands. (AN: Sorry, it was just too funny, I had to put it in.... lol)

Everyone nodded. "Good!" I cheered happily.

"Min fru?" A deep-voiced cat asked from near my thigh. (Swedish: My wife?)

I set Tino down next to him. "Naturligtvis." (Swedish: Of course.)

I hear Vlad start speaking again, so I turn to look at him. "Zera, mulțumesc pentru mai devreme." His voice sounds guilty and embarassed. (Romanian: Zera, thanks for earlier.)

"Ori de câte ori aveți nevoie de ea, Vlad. Într-adevăr." I tell him sincerely. (Romanian: Anytime you need it, Vlad. Really.)

He's surprised at my wording, but reluctantly nods in acceptance.

"Hey, Vlad. before I fell asleep, I heard you say something. Something about magic in my blood. What did you mean?"

Everyone else's side conversations went silent. Vladimir looked at Lukas, then Arthur; both of whom nodded.

"You see, there are two types of magic. The one normal humans know of and can sometimes manipulate, which is considered kind of 'fake.' However, true magic is much more powerful. Magical creatures such as fairies and trolls have true magic, as do Lukas, Arthur, and I. Those of us with true magic can often sense other magical beings, and tell if the magic they possess is the fake kind or true magic." He looks at me to see if I'm following him. I nod in understanding.

"When you drank my blood, you tasted magic." I concluded, only vaguely confused.

"Yes, true magic. Which is strange because--"

"It's impossible for normal humans to have true magic? I heard Lukas say that part." I glance at the aforementioned cat, who is watching me with a blank expression.

Lukas blinks at me, then speaks for himself. "You understand what that means, don't you?"

"That I'm not actually human? Right?" I asked, though I knew I was correct.

Still, when the trio of magic users confirmed it, I felt like passing out again.
