Lloyd, Rumi, and Misty walked deeper into the cavern.

"What is this place?" Rumi asked

On the wall were pictures of the Oni as Lloyd examined them more, he said, "It's their story."

"Who?" Rumi asked

"The Oni," Lloyd answered

"For one of my parents, it's their story..." Misty whispered not loud enough to be heard

"See there?" Lloyd pointed at a picture of two Oni standing behind a building staring up at a face in the sky. "It's amazing," Lloyd said as they continued to walk around the room. Rumi said looking up, "They must have built this place."

"When the First Spinjitzu Master escaped their world, they must have come looking for him," Lloyd said as he looked at an image of a person running from several Oni.

"Who?" Rumi said joining Lloyd

"The Oni, he was the key to winning their eternal war with the dragons," Lloyd said

as he looked at an image of a dragon and an Oni, Ninjago was a new world to them, The Oni must've holed up here explains all the traps, must not have wanted any visitors," Lloyd said

Rumi started walking down a passage and Lloyd followed, but sighed and said, "This is a dead end." he saw out of the corner of his eye Misty was standing staring at one of the images almost transfixed by it. He turned back to Rumi though.

Misty was staring at an image that pictured an Oni and a human figure standing side by side the human was holding a wrapped bundle, which was unmistakable a baby. She followed the string of images downward and saw the few last ones were of the human placing the bundle on steps of a house. She turned to see the next but it had been scratched out. Symbols around the picture said the word traitor... "Well looks like I found my story.." Misty mumbled to herself.

Misty heard Rumi say, "Look the symbol from earlier. Maybe you can break through one of these walls if the symbol is on here this one must be booby-trapped." Misty came and joined the two but before she left the only imagery that contacted her to her past she gently placed her hand on the human's figure opened hand and whispered, "Thank's, mom and dad..." For everything, I promise to make you proud... I won't let the Son's of Garmadon get away with what they've done..."

"hmm, worth a shot Lloyd said, and he started firing up his element in his free hand and aimed at the wall without the symbol, but before he broke it open, he chanced a look at Misty who had an unsure look on her face, and saw her bite her lip, but stayed silent, he bit his as well and stopped.

"What's wrong," Rumi asked

"If the Oni wanted to protect the mask, they would know anyone who got this far, would avoid the markings," Lloyd said

"What do you mean?" Rumi asked

"This has to be the way," Lloyd said pointing at the opposite door the one that had the marking.

"But you see the water? if you break the wrong wall this whole room will flood." Rumi said

"Mm-hmm. Then I sure hope I'm right..." Lloyd said but then looked to Misty and said, "What do you say, Misty?"

"I think your right... Lloyd, the Oni are demons they are said to be very tricky.... break the one with the symbol on it" Misty said

"And what do you know about Onis?" Rumi asked her sweet voice was covering up a mean tone.

Lloyd looked toward Misty expecting her to snap at Rumi instead, all she did was tilt her head back and smirk and say "at least half more than you." Lloyd could have imagined it or it could have been the lighting but he swore Misty's eyes briefly flashed red.
