2 and a half day later

NamJoon and Seokjin sat in the room with annoyed glares, the two had their arms crossed over their chests as they stared at the two people in front of them.

"We've already pressed charges on him once before, why isn't our word enough to guarantee this bastard gets the death penalty?" SeokJin asked with clear frustration in his tone, "I have evidence of him harassing me, the others can say the same from the past-"

"He's already been charged with those things the last time, of course we can recharge him but you'll need something more to get him the death penalty," the lawyer, Lee Mido, spoke calmly.

Jackson sat next to the two clearly frustrated men. It took them about two days to find a good lawyer, with Jackson's help, gather evidence from before, and then finally meet up with said lawyer later in the day. The evidence consisting of the kidnappings of Yoongi, Taehyung, and Jimin, the attempted murder of Namjoon, escaping custody, taking Hoseok and Jia, and trying to kill Hoseok. Hoseok was seen as dead in the system, though.

Namjoons eyes widened in realization of something they haven't pinned against Sejun, "What if he faked someone's death, without their consent, took them from the hospital and has held them captive for the last three years using a serum that erased part of their memory. The memory of their sync."

Mido's eyes widened like Namjoons, though for her it was out of disbelief. Of course she believed the men in front of her since they were friends of Jackson, but she couldn't believe someone would actually do that. "Well, do you have evidence of the accusation?"

Now Namjoon groaned, Seokjin following in suit. Hoseoks word wouldn't be enough evidence, since he was supposed to be dead and could have really lost his memory since he was put in a medically induced coma.

Seokjin was the one that realized something, "Jackson, would you be able to get the camera footage from the hospital? We can get Yoongi to tell us the day he couldn't feel Hoseok anymore to see the footage from that day."

Jackson nodded, his blond hair moving as he did so. "I can, let's go now before we waste anymore time in getting this man."

The four stood up and went in Jackson's car, on their way to Seoul General Hospital.

Since Hoseok had to pretend to be the same as before, he was "hanging out" with Sejun. His phone was close to his body but was put on silent to not interrupt the moment they were sharing.

He tried to act the same as before, but couldn't help the glares he would shoot towards Sejun when the man wasn't looking.

The younger wishes they would just kill him themselves, but five out of the eight insisted against it. They didn't want to be murders like Sejun.

"Kiddo," Sejun looked towards Hoseok, who was staring intently at the TV, "can I talk to you about something?"

Hoseok looked towards Sejun, this one action being his downfall. As Hoseoks eyes moved to look at Sejun, the man noticed how the green stayed in place while his iris moved. The slight view he got of Hoseoks iris showing complete brown.

"Sure," Hoseok encouraged, not noticing the little fuck up with the contact.

It all made sense, it all began clicking in his mind. The fact Hoseok would be out more often then not, in his room more than usual, on his phone more, he wouldn't really eat when he was around Sejun, was a little more stand offish and tense.

Even if that contact didn't move the slightest bit, he would have caught on eventually.

He stood up, his height towering over Hoseoks sitting figure, "You fucking bitch," he seethed, Hoseok rolling his eyes as he held the glass he had in his hands tightly.

Hoseok groaned, "Guess you caught on?" he inquired with a teasing tone.

Before taking the glass in his hands and smashing it right in Sejuns face.

As they looked through the camera footage that faithful day Yoongi couldn't feel Hoseok anymore, they noticed a doctor walking into Hoseoks room with a mask, then exiting. Moments later the camera cut for a split second, or so it seemed.

"What the fuck?" Jackson mumbled, "Switch the camera to the hall ways, mainly near the back exits."

The security guard did as told, the three watching as a man in a wheel chair was being wheeled out by one in a hat. But it wasn't Sejun.

"He had an accomplice?" Seokjin muttered, looking over at his husband, they saw as the young man wheeled Hoseok out of the hospital.

No one noticing since they covered Hoseok in a hoodie with a blanket. Jackson took out the hard dive after they recorded the footage, Seokjin now noticing the time difference by 10 minutes as he examined it further. When the doctor walked into the room it was 12:34 pm, after the camera cut out and then fixed itself it was 12:44 pm.

As they drove away from the hospital Namjoon said, "The footage was clearly edited, but by who? He obviously had an accomplice and the doctor that walked in was in on it, do you think there's any way to talk to the doctor?"

Jackson nodded, "I'll call my partner, have her identify him from the footage. Don't worry, we'll get this evidence."

Namjoon and Seokjin nodded, completely unaware of what was happening to Hoseok.

Daehwi was in his apartment reading a book when he heard the commotion going in the apartment next to his own.

He wasn't going to think much of it, until he heard a scream that made his heart bang in his chest loudly.

The male ran out of his apartment, a bat in his hands, he went to Sejun and Hoseoks apartment door, which was where the screaming was emitting from.

"Hoseok?!" Daehwi yelled standing next the door while gripping the bat tightly, said male screaming back.

"THE DOORS OPEN!" he screamed, Hoseok not locking it incase something like this were to happen.

Back inside Sejun was trying to knock Hoseok out, which wasn't working. The male was fighting with all his might to get this bitch away from him, he wasn't going to let him have the upper hand again.

Daehwi ran inside, hitting Sejun in the back of the neck with the bat. The man falling to the ground in agony.

"LET'S GO!" The two ran out of the apartment complex entirely, going straight to Daehwis car and driving off.

Hoseok wasn't going to bother in trying to fight Sejun till he was unconscious or in calling the cops, he couldn't risk anything. Though that seems to be the biggest risk of all, he needed to wait till they got the evidence.

As Daehwi drove off the elder heard something that made him laugh, but wince all at once due to his wounds.

What the fuck just happened, Yoongi's voice inquired with a bewildered tone through their thoughts.
