Chapter 3.36 ~ Evidence

Hoseoks eyebrows shot to the roof of the ceiling, Yoongi showing slight fear, but most importantly anger, when he heard what the younger male said. "What?" he and Hoseok exasperated in unison.

"Look," Daehwi began, putting his hands in the air, "I didn't do it willingly, Sejun had my sister captive and he said that was the only way he'd return her safely. Only If I helped in what he wanted me to do," Daehwi confessed with tears gathering in his eyes, the male hanging his head down in shame.

NamJoon, SeokJin, Jackson, and Mido listening in. All of them beyond surprised at the fact finding Sejuns accomplice wouldn't be difficult, he just basically confessed.

"Would you go against Sejun in court, confess to everything? Give an official statement?" Yoongi and Hoseok heard from the phone, the two forgetting the people on the other side. It was Mido speaking.

Jackson spoke before they could get an answer from Daehwi, "Kid, you know this could send you to jail, right?"

The young man looked up from where he was looking down, tears streaming down his face as he whispered a small, "Yes."

Jackson was surprised, the male turning into a neighborhood as he asked, "and you're still willing to do it?"

Daehwi nodded, "I am, the guilt is way to much to handle."

The young man spoke a little with Mido before they hung up the phone, since they had reached their destination. Which left Daehwi with Yoongi and Hoseok.

"You little shit..."

Jackson, Mido, SeokJin, and Namjoon all exited the car in a rushed manner, Jackson the one to knock on the door.

"Mr.Go," he called out and after a couple more knocks the male finally opened the door.

He was a man on the smaller side, his glasses fixated on the bridge of his nose while his expression showed surprise and slight fear, "Can I help you?"

Jackson flashed his badge, "We have a couple questions for you, Mr. Go, about Jung Hoseok."

The doctors visibly gulped, his body stiffened. He slammed the door in their faces, but didn't lock it.

"Oh hell no!" Seokjin yelled, running to the back of the house near where he assumes the man kept his car.

Thankfully, he was right.

He saw as the Doctor got inside his driver's seat, though the black haired male was much faster. Seokjin swung open the car door and pulled this doctor out by his hair, slamming the man on the ground and kicking him a few times. "You're going to answer are questions, bitch! Or I'll make sure you get the same fate as Sejun!" he spat, the male nodding while shaking on the ground.

Jackson looked over at Namjoon, who held a fond expression on his face, "T-that's your sync?" he inquired, of course he knew the answer but watching Seokjin do that terrified him.

Namjoon chuckled, patting Jackson's back as they walked over to Jin, "That's the love of my life." he told, kissing Jin right when he got close enough.

Hoseok held Yoongi back from beating the shit out of the young male in front of him, the elder male fuming with anger. This person is one of the biggest reasons Hoseok was ripped away from him in the first place, so he was pissed.

Yoongi felt himself pulled into his bedroom, Hoseok pressing him against the wall as he stared at him and said, "Breathe Yoongi, angel, please relax a bit."

"How can I relax?!" Yoongi countered, staring right back at Hoseok, "He's one of the main reasons you were taken from me!"

"I know, I know," Hoseok assured, his hands landing on the nape Yoongi's neck to keep the male from moving his head, "but baby you need to realize why he did it, Sejun was going to hurt someone close to him. He was going to do anything to ensure they'd be safe. Daehwi has helped me, look now, he helped me get away from Sejun and is willing to testify against him even if it means he could go to jail. Unless Jackson makes him a deal."

Yoongi still wasn't calmed down, the male now looking down at his feet, despite where Hoseoks hands were. Of course he understood what the younger was telling him, he knew it was the truth, but he still feels hurt.

"Angel," Hoseok titled Yoongi's chin to look at him, "it's alright, I understand where he was coming from. I know you're hurt, but don't beat his ass."

The elder chuckled at the last part, he leaned into Hoseoks warmth. Hoseoks arms wrapped around Yoongi's neck, Yoongi's wrapping around his waist.

"I love you," Yoongi expressed, his voice a bit muffled since he was pressed into Hoseoks chest.

Hoseok chuckled, kissing Yoongi's forehead, "I love you too."

SeokJin stood near the doctor expectantly, the man not able to make eye contact with Jin out of the pure fear of the man beating the shit out of him again.

"Now, Mr. Go, did you assist Sejun in kidnapping Jung Hoseok?" Jackson inquired, the Doctor giving him a firm glare.

"I won't be saying anything till-"

"Did you or did you not?" SeokJin asked instead, his eyebrow raised as he gave the male a deadly glare.

The doctor gulped, "W-what's in it for m-me?"

"You don't go to jail," the blond cop responded, "you'll get a lawyer and since you confessed and assisted in sending Sejun to prison, you won't go to prison."

The man sighed heavily, his hand rubbing the temples of his forehead, "I did assist him."

Namjoon was now the one glaring, the doctor now afraid of him on top of being afraid of the males sync.

"He gave me a liquid, paid me to inject it into the man. That's all I did, I didn't know what it did and I didn't know he was going to be taking him out of the hospital, I swear," he looked at Namjoon and Seokjin when he said the last part. "I never got the money and he ran off, i didn't know he's had the man this long."

"Why didn't you go to the police?" NamJoon inquired, the Doctor sighing once again.

He looked at Namjoon with a guilty stare, "would you have?" he countered.

"Fair point," Mido interrupted, "thank you for your time Mr.Go, I suggest you stay in town."

She walked out of the home and back to the car, a content smile on her face. They had the evidence they needed to guarantee Sejun the death penalty, now all they needed to do was catch him.

That being the hardest part of all.
