*be prepared for a long ass chapter*
I was on my way to the cafeteria to meet with Ryan.
I was nervous as hell.
What would happen to me today? I'm still hoping that I don't die. But I know that if it has anything to do with what that seer told the The Teller, there was a high chance of that.
I got to the doors of the cafeteria when I immediately got a terrible headache. It was like five bricks got dropped on my head. It reminded me of the headache I got before. The one that wouldn't go away. I was on the verge of tears. It hurt so bad.
But I sucked it up and walked in the cafeteria. I immediately spotted Ryan at our signature table. He was already looking at me. And from the look in his eyes, I could tell something was about to go down.
He looked nervous and pissed and just straight... Ready? I don't know how to explain it. It was like he knew what was going to happen and was prepared for it.
Then I remembered he was a seer, so that was highly possible.
I walked towards Ryan, but it felt like I was flying. I got there so fast, my feet barely touched the ground. My headache began to get extremely worse. I was about to be full on sobbing.
I was beside Ryan when I fell to the ground holding my head, crying. All these visions were going around in my mind. Things that happened to me before. Things I didn't want to ve reminded of.
Like my dad.
"Promise?" Ryan called.
"Ryan, h-help m-me." I said.
"It hurts s-so m-much.""I know."
How was no one in the cafeteria seeing and hearing this. I slowly sat my head up and looked around. Everyone was just eating their lunch and having a good time, while I'm over here feeling like I'm dying.
I looked over at Ryan and asked with my eyes. I didn't feel like talking.
"We're in a bubble... thing. They don't really have a name. But on the outside, it looks like we are just having lunch and laughing like normal. But on the inside, is what is really happening. You have to be in the bubble to know what's happening. You can't hear or see a thing when you are on the outside. And the best part is, it moves with you. It can track your movements and follow you so you are always in the bubble." He explained.
I knodded once. The headache was going away. I slowly stood up and sat in the chair next to Ryan.
"What's happening to me?" I asked.
"You'll know in a little while Promise." What the hell was that supposed to mean? I wanted to know now.
Ryan slowly backed away from the table. Something was gonna happen. Why else would he back away from me? I don't know the answer to that question. But I didn't care. I was still pissed.
"Why can't I know now?" I asked and slammed my hands on the table. The table slowly began to crack in the middle and spread out until the table was in pieces on the floor.
"What the hell?" I yelled.
"That's why I can't tell you promise. You are already in pain and if I tell you now you will become overwhelmed. Then you're powers will go haywire and the headache will get worse." What he said made sense, but I only cared about one word he said.
"Powers?!?" I was suddenly lifted off my seat and into the air. I was flying around everywhere and hitting walls and everything. I was so grateful for this bubble. I hit a wall after a while and then fell to the ground. I was going to be so soar and bruised.
Next thing I know I'm running around like a drunk chicken with no head. Yep, I was still crashing into walls. I then wondered where my phone was. I needed to call someone to help me since Ryan just wanted to stand there and watch.
"Owww!!!" I yelled. Something hit me in the face and fell to the ground. I looked back and saw my phone. Did I do that?
My headache was now on level 396 on a zero to a hundred scale. I was now seeing spots. The last thing I heard was Ryan saying;
"Took you long enough to get here!"

I woke up with a pounding headache. I couldn't remember a thing. I tried to look around but it was pitch black.
I was moving. Was I in a van? Suddenly, I heard voices.
" Do you think she turned them off?" said the first voice.
" I hope so. I wouldn't want to have to harm her." Said the second voice.
What were they talking about? Did I turn what off? Where was I going? The van all of a sudden lurched to a stop. I assumed that we finally reached our destination.
I heard both of the doors open and slam shut. I guess the two guys got out of the van.
"Is she still asleep?" Said a voice that I didn't recognize. Wow. He had a sexy voice.
" Yeah. She's still knocked out Jason." Replied the second voice sarcastically. I liked this guy. He actually sounded upset that I had to get knocked out.
" It wasn't me who ordered for her to be knocked out Daniel." So his name was Daniel? "She was going crazy. She couldn't control herself. So, I would advise you to watch the sarcasm. I'm the boss here." Jason continued.
Control what? What are they talking about. And boss of what? I groaned in frustration. All conversation stopped immediately.
I then remembered that I was supposed to be 'knocked out'. I heard loud footsteps getting closer and closer until they stopped. Everything was quiet until the back doors banged open. I squinted from the afternoon sun.
When my eyes adjusted I saw a very handsome guy standing there observing me. It had to be Jason. He's the only guy sexy enough to match that beautiful voice.
He looked a few years older than me. He had greenish-hazel eyes with flecks of yellow in them, beautiful brown hair, and full pink lips.
And he was staring at me like I had a gigantic zit on my face.
He finally seemed to compose himself and said, " Glad your awake." Then with lightning speed his hand hit my face and I was unconscious again.
Or at least that is what I thought would happen.
He just put two fingers in front of my face.
"How many fingers am I holding up?" He asked. Okay, this guy was stupid. I just crossed my arms and stared at him with my 'are you mentally retarded?' stare.
"I'm guessing by that look, you know the answer to that question?" He said as he put his hand down.
"Come with me," he said, putting a hand up to help me out of the van.
"I don't talk to lunatic strangers." I said and crossed my arms.
"Real mature," he said sarcastically. "You're really not coming?" He asked.
I shook my head. "I'm not coming with you." I said bluntly.
"Alright, suit yourself," he said.
His eyes turned purple and I started floating.
"What the hell?" I screamed.
