The sun is out

The day is bright

Why dont you go out

Join in the flight

The day is come to an end

To such a degree

Don't you cry my dear

Now you're all free

The clouds have parted

The sky is clear

You must go out

Try to stop that tear

The night has perished

You're no longer the dark star

Don't fret my dear

The door is newly ajar

The birds are chirping

The grass is clean

Run out and fly

Discover the unseen

Rotted is their own flesh

The bones they broke were their own

Don't hide my  dear

For the future ,your seed is sown

It is a new day

A new life to be made

Go look at the world

A new opportunity is laid

My darling you are now free

No longer a victim

No longer on your knee

A fresh start;, a new beginning

Make this yours

Don't let them compete

Go make yourself seen

Go out and discover

what one has never

Go out and decipher

What hasn't been by the clever

You are all that they were never

So much and more

Don't hide,don't fret

My darling ,go high and soar.

"What exactly was the difference? He wondered to himself. And who decided which people wore the striped pajamas and which people wore the uniforms?" The boy in thestriped pajamas?,John Boyne

I've had this poem in my drafts for SO LONG and finally I've posted it!.

This was inspired by quite a lot of things as follows:(lol I'm actually making a list)

• The boy in the striped pajamas by John Boyne

• the diary of Anne  Frank

• The poem 'Still I rise' by Maya Angelou

Also I put up a painting I made recently in the media board. Totally unrelated but I felt like showing it to you guys. Tell me what you think about it?

Anyways . Make sure to leave a vote and a comment if you liked the poem🖒

Till next time,May the world paint you in the colours you love.
