Breakup?

"Natsu what on earth are you doing here?" I was stunned, fate would put me in this situation. I had been trying to avoid Natsu with good reason and yet here he is. 

"I just wanted a hot chocolate..." he began. I watched his gaze shift from me to Rogue and he quickly shut his mouth.

"You sure move on quick" He gave a quick spiteful glance to my cousin before turning to me. 

"What do you mean by that" I knew we were about to fight and yet I fueled the fire. I couldn't help it, a part of me was so mad that I was losing Natsu to his childhood lover. My heart couldn't suppress my feelings forever. 

"I thought that our kiss meant something to you, but you've been avoiding me ever since like the plague. And now I catch you with this guy" His voice rose catching the attention of many by standers. Unlike Sting and Laxus, Rogue wasn't quick to anger. He sat their calmly letting me talk for myself. Of course he was protective but he gave me my freedom and choice in all situations.

"Of course it meant something to me, your the one who's been all over Lis-" I cut myself of. That wasn't fair, that was his childhood lover. He had every right to spend time with her. Regret flushed through my whole body after saying those words.

"Wow, so I can't spend time with my friend who I haven't seen in years" I could tell I had angered him, the vein on his forehead popped out and one of his eyebrows was slightly higher then the other. 

"Thats not what I meant" I whispered knowing I was in the wrong. 

"Sure its not" 

"Natsu"

"You know what Lucy, whatever the fuck this is, its over. Have fun with your stupid boyfriend" He made a final motion towards Rogue before storming out of the Cafe. I quickly wiped the tears from my face and sat down across from Rogue. People finally stopped staring when Rogue gave them a glare. 

After I took a few minutes to calm down Rogue had a conversation with me that I had been needing to hear.

"So thats the guy I'm guessing" Rogue gave me a small smile.

"Yeah, his such an asshole" I spoke knowing dam well my words were lies.

"And your not sometimes?" Rogue gave me a questioning look.

"What.. no... yes" 

"Lucy I know your jealous that this new girl has came back into his life but you jump to conclusions to fast" Thats why I love Rogue. He always knew what I was thinking. Its like he understood the things I did before I could.

"I know your hurt and mad at him for spending time with her but thats not fair considering their history" 

"I need to apologize don't I?"

"I don't know thats up to you Lucy but if I were in your shoes I would" Rogue held my hand and looked me in the eyes.

"Lucy you can fix this" 

I decided to start with Lisanna, after sending her a quick message I found out that she was at the mall. It was time to make things right not just with Natsu but with Lisanna. We had an awkward bumpy start but I could make things right. 

Power walking through the mall I searched for her short white hair cause it tended to stick out like crazy. Finally my eyes found it and I ran straight for her. 

"Lisanna" I placed my hand on the girls shoulder motioning for her to turn around. 

"Sorry?" An unfamiliar voice spoke as a stranger faced me. She looked similar to Lisanna, they could pass as siblings. 

"Sorry I though you were-" I began

"Lisanna"

"Oh you know her?" 

"Yeah she's my girlfriend" The girl replied with a smile. Trying not to react on the outside was hard because on the inside I was exploding. How did I not know this, if I had it would've changed everything. 

"Oh hey Lucy, I see you've met Yukino" Lisanna appeared. 

"Yeah, its really nice to meet you" I smiled and brought my hand out ready to shake.

"Wait your the famous Lucy, you mean Natsu's Luc-" Yukino excitingly shook my hand but Lisanna cut her sentence off.

"So you want to help us shop, we have been looking for cute dresses for the schools prom" 

"Isn't that in like 7 months?"

"Its never to early Lucy" Before I could protest both the girls grabbed me and pulled me into a boutique.

I already knew I was in for a long day.
