Finally, the Saturday night where she had been waiting for, because 5 days back that almost completely strange boy invited her to come to his gig at the local pub. And she was completely ready for it! She wore a normal white shirt, a pair of black flare pants, plateau boots and her new jacket what she loved to wear since she had it.
It was 6.30 pm when she arrived at the pub, she walked inside and she saw there Brian and his friends, she didn't know about them only that he played with them in their band. They were talking and she saw that one boy mentioned her.
She walked towards them and the boy with the black her stood up and said "Hii darling! You must be Charlotte, I am Freddie" "Hello Freddie, you're right I'm Charlotte and it's a pleasure to meet you" she said with a big smile
"Hey Charlotte, nice to see you again" she heard the voice of Brian on her side "this is Freddie, who you've already met, and this are Mary; Freddie's girlfriend, Roger and John, but we call him Deacy." "Hi everyone, nice to meet you" she said "nice to meet you too" the boy with the blonde hair said "Brian talked a lot about you" his voice was sweet but a little rough, in a good way. "So, what did brian say about me than" she said while she sat down "only good things, like how much he wanted to introduce you" Deacy said, and she smiled at Brian.
They talked some more and then it was almost 7.30 so the boys had to go to the podium. "Charlotte are you going to the bar with Mary?" Brian said "yes that sounds good!" She said and she walked to Mary who took Charlotte by the hand and took her to the bar.
They both sat down and Mary asked for two glasses of rosé wine. "So, I heard a lot about you from Brian but what do you think about him?" Mary said "I like him, in a friendly way tho" "I already thought something like that" Mary said giggling "I think you like roger more, don't you?" "No.. I mean I don't really know... he is cute and things and he has that lovely voice but I'm not sure, I definitely like him in a friendly way" Charlotte said with a sweet and little smile "I already saw it when you met him at first, the look in your eyes, they glowed up more than when you looked at Brian, but think about it, also, the boys are gonna start so let's stop talking and start singing along"
When they finished their second song Freddie said some things about the next song and while he was doing that, Charlotte saw Brian waving at her from the stage so she waved back to him. "They are so good, aren't they?" Mary asked "yes they are, and I love their songs" Charlotte replied "I hope they will break through with their music!"
