Chapter 29 - Apologies and Confessions

~Apologies and Confessions~

(Luke's P.O.V.)

It's 3 a.m. in the morning and i finally finished the thing Ashton made me do. 

"The things i do for this woman" i whispered to myself, slipped the paper in my bag and ran to my bed to get at least 4-5 hours of sleep.

 ~The next morning (which is basically hours away from Luke's P.O.V. xD)~

(Madison's P.O.V.)

Sleep is the best thing in the world. No doubt about that but, someone just had to ruin it for me

"Madison. Madison. Madison!" a voice kept calling

"Go away" i groaned and hid myself under my duvet

"You're boyfriend called. He'll be here in 10 minutes"

My eyes shot up and see Jack holding the phone. He smiled at me and pressed a button

"Hey Madison! It's, uh, Calum. Calum Hood. I just want to say that i'd like it if we go to school together. I'll pick you up at 8. Uhm, it's Calum. Bye"

I can clearly here the nervousness in his voice, "When did he call?"

"About an hour ago?"

"An hour ago?! Why didn't you wake me sooner! Oh my god today is the school carnival! I need to look good!" i started to panic and ran to the bathroom to take a shower

 ~Minutes later~

 I tried to look as decent as possible in a very short amount of time. Because i was in such a hurry, i got my water-proof eyeliner and mascara. 

They're not really the best ones to use especially if you're in a hurry and you suck at putting them on.

"Calum's here!" Jack screams from downstairs

I looked at my reflection for the last time on the mirror making sure i look good in my batman tank top, took my bag and ran down the stairs where Calum waits for me

"You ready to go?" he showed me a big smile and i giggled as i go down the steps

"Let's go!" i pulled Calum's hand and waved good-bye to my cousins

We walked back to his car with out hands tangled together. He opened the car door for me and i entered. I waited for him to get into the driver's seat before i ask him.

"It's too early for us to arrive at school, don't you think?"

"We're going somewhere first. Your mom called me this morning and said that i should take you to the house for some sort of talking. I had no idea what it is but she said you'd understand" he replied

Oh no. Here we go again, "I understand" i sighed and looked out the window

"Is everything alright?"

"Yeah. I'm fine"

Calum drove to their house nearly 30 minutes after he picked me up. He parked his car right in front of their home and i got out

"This way. Your parents are waiting via Skype" he informed me and held my hand

He opens the door and i quickly saw 2 iMacs on a table with each of my parents' face on it

"Hello" i chirped cheerfully

"Madison! Finally, you're both here!" my mom said through the screen
