*sing-song voice* violence, a little bit of gore and (of course) bloooood (I can't say I'm happy about it either...)
just in case
and on with the story-

Sound of metal on metal fill the room as I search desperately to find a weapon in the kitchen. Where the fuck have all the knives gone? I open draws and cupboards but I cant find anything. I look back at Roman, sweat rolling down his face as he fought with Damien. Oh, fuck it.

I run at Damien  and pin him to the ground. Roman kicks Damien's dagger away.

"Hmm, I've always underestimated you, Virgil," Damien sighs looking down. After a moment or two, though, he looks up again grinning, "But you always underestimate me too."

He draws his arm back and punches me before glowing vines grow out of the walls and pull me and Roman into them.

"Shit!" Roman and I yell as our backs slam into the wall. Roman and I look at each other with pure terror in our eyes.  Not this again. I can't do this again. We look over at Deceit who's cackling as he stands up, dusting himself off. Picking up his silver dagger, he walks over to Roman and presses the flat of the blade to Roman's cheek. Oh, hell no. I struggle against my binds. How did we get out of them last time? Oh, shit. Oh, shit. Oh, shit. Oh, shit. Oh, shi- Vampire blood. Vampire blood!

I bite down hard into my bottom lip and press it between my tongue and the back of my top teeth. I feel the blood running down my chin and a drop leaves my skin.

I grip my eyes shut and I wait.

And I wait.

But nothing happens.

I open my eyes to see Damien holding the dagger under my chin and the drop of dark red blood staining the blade. Aw, c'mon! Damien tuts quietly before wiping the blood on his black cape and walking back to Roman to resume his position.

"W-what what are you doing?" I stammer.

"Well, I'm not gonna kill you guys until your friends are here, but that doesn't mean I can't have fun, darling," Damien smirks pressing one edge of the dagger into Roman's cheek. Roman gasps and tries to move away.

"Get-get away from him!" my voice breaks as I speak and Damien smiles maliciously.

"What's wrong, darling?" He sneers. I hiss loudly.

"If you're waiting for the others to come back to kill us," Roman chokes out, "You'll be waiting for a while. They've gone."

Damien laughs and over the top and loud laugh. I cringe and Roman glares up at the snake.

"You foolish dummy, they will come back. They will think for some unrealistic reason that they can save you and themselves. Soon I'll have 4 bodies to bury."

No. No! I can't get the binds off. I can't do this. I can't let them go through this again. Roman also starts to struggle with his binds but Damien presses the knife further into Roman's cheek, drawing blood.

"Get off him!" I struggle more with my binds. Damien smirks and raises an eyebrow at me before turning back to Roman and gently runs the tip of the dagger across his beautiful face.

Think fast! Think fast! Cloudy brain! Shit. Shit! C'mon, you arsehole, think! I bite down on my lip as hard as I can and before I know it, Deceit is pinned against a wall. I pant as Damien looks at me with a mixture of shock and smugness contorting his face.

"Very good, Virgil." He claps sarcastically and that's when I notice he isn't holding his dagger. Quickly, I look around the room and spot the dagger before kicking it towards Roman. Roman reaches out with his foot and pulls the dagger towards himself.
