James and Clark were a little upset from losing. Alex and J'onn were just laughing because they enjoyed the game.

"We can't win them all can we?" J'onn says patting Kara on the back. Clark stands up looking at the winners. "You guys make a great pair, I'm jealous. But it was all in all a good game."

A bit more time passes until it is time for Kara to say her goodbyes to some of her guests who have work in the morning.

"I guess we can have a girls night..." Kara suggests to the CEO. "That is if my boss doesn't mind me being late to work tomorrow?" Lena looks up in a serious face and pauses for a moment realizing that they don't have work tomorrow. "You had me at girls night." The two shriek in excitement as they jump onto the space between the coffee table and couch. They begin to eat a fancy assortment of cheese and crackers with grapes as they choose a movie.

Kara hinders the brunette's browsing. "No please not the Notebook again. Let's watch something more uplifting and not romantic or else you'll just cry again like last time." Lena slouches her head, unable to resist Kara's suggestion. "Ok fine, you pick."

Kara browses. No, no. Too sappy. No I hate robots. Ew they portray aliens so insensitively. I have enough horror in my life thank you very much. Lets look at classics. Yes!

"Oh my R—God. We have to watch the Wizard of Oz." Kara says in amusement and Lena confusingly replies. "Why?" Kara defends herself, "It's a classic, and if you didn't know it's my most favorite movie of all time." Kara pouts and gives her puppy dog eyes. "Please."

"Ok fine only because it's your favorite. It's way too uplifting for my current mood." Kara tilts her head and questions the tipsy girl next to her. "And what type of mood is that?" Lena admits with a dark tone, "A sad, lonely drunk one."

"Hey you aren't all alone. You have me." Kara embraces the brooding Luthor as the movie begins. "Really than why does it always feel like it?" Lena sips onto more wine as tears fall. "You poor thing. I'm sorry you had to deal with James all night. I wasn't paying much attention to how much you were hurting. I'm sorry you had to cover it up with all the wine you were drinking."

"No it's more than that." The green eyed girl confesses.

More than what? I don't understand.

"What do you mean Lena?" The blonde inquires.

"Well I think the only reason I dated James. Dated is a strong term because I was hardly even into him." Lena wipes away the tears on her cheek and moves away from Kara. "I never gave him the time nor the day."

This is so unlike Lena. What's going on. "Why Lena?"

"Well let me think. I was so wrapped up in someone else." The brunette voices cryptically. "Who? You've never told me this?" Kara says elongating the vowel sound in 'who.' Lena inhales fiercely, and snaps. "You know what forget about it. Let's just watch the movie."

Some time passes and the scenes of Dorthy exploring a new world gives Kara nostalgic memories of her teenage years. Kara opens up, knowing it's the right thing to talk about to Lena. She might as well try with her like this so they can have a different type of conversation.

"Hey, Lena?" Lena softly replies, "Yes, Kara?" Kara carries on and opens up about her past vaguely. "The reason why this is my favorite movie is because of how much I could relate to Dorthy and her new experiences. My entire family died when I was thirteen." Lena reacts to the tragic confession. "I am so sorry Kara, I never knew."
