eleven. (final chapter)

2 months later

as of today yuta is finally going to sicheng's grave to say his goodbye. 

before we get into that let's update you all on what happened in the last two months. 

1) ever since the meeting ended, yuta went and got professional help

2) chenle and yuta are like two peas in a pod who literally do everything together 

3) doyoung and yuta got closer who're now each others roommates

4) every friday they all get together and have a big sleepover 

5) on sicheng's death date the fans and nct show their love for him by lighting lanterns

now that you're all caught up, lets get back to the story.

never in a million years would yuta be standing over sicheng's grave, it still feels unreal. even though the boy's finally moved on it's difficult to think that every day he has to live without the other. but thankfully, yuta has his members by his side guiding him to have a positive mind set. 

he thought he could say his goodbye by himself but he couldn't so he asked if chenle wanted to come and be his supporter from behind, of course the younger said yes. once they arrived at the graveyard yuta could feel tears spilling. "hey hey look at me" chenle grabbed the other's face making sure they had eye contact "it's going to be tough but you've gotten stronger. you can do this yuta, i'll be right behind you the whole time. it's time that YOU deserve to feel free and at peace." the boy needed to hear that, if it weren't for chenle yuta would of chickened out. 

seeing sicheng's name engraved on the stone made the boy realize chenle was right, he deserves to feel free and at peace. for two months everything is finally starting to turn around but for him to move on completely, he has to say his final words. 

slowly but surely, yuta began "it's been awhile huh? i hope you know that i miss you. every single day you're on my mind. i miss hearing your laugh, your smile, our little dates, your touch, everything. it's taken me so long to move on and i couldn't have done with without our members. even though you can't say it back, i love you. i will continue to live my life happy and positive. even though it'll be hard i'll try my best to visit you once a month. rest well my angel." 

he did it, and even if it was short and simple it held so much meaning. 

looking back at chenle they exchanged smiles and then they were off, enjoying their day knowing that yuta's love for sicheng will never die.
