*Halloween*
Lenin's POV
I sat in the back of my Dad's Cadillac as we drove to the airport. He has a week-long tour that he leaves for today. His first stop is Chicago. I just played on my phone while my dad drove. I sighed as we pulled up to LAX. We pulled up to a private gate and the guard let us in. My dad parked the car before we got out. We walked to the back of the car and watched as he pulled his bags out.
"Gonna miss you kid." My dad said as he hugged me.
"Gonna miss you too." I smiled as we pulled away.
"No parties, ok?" He warned me in a joking manner.
"I know dad, don't expose the address of Laker's star Kyle Kuzma," I said in a stupid voice.
"I'm being serious though." He gave me a warning look.
"I know dad. I'm responsible." I flashed him a cheesy smile.
"Love you, kid." He pulled me in for a tight hug.
"Love you, but you're killing me." I squeaked out.
"Sorry, kid." He apologized as we did our handshake.
"Bye, momma. Love you." Dad said as he hugged Gigi.
"Love you, baby. Have fun." He smiled as he let her go.
"See you guys later." My dad smiled before he walked away.
He waved before he got on the plane. We got in the Cadillac and I started to drive us home. Gigi and I joked about random stuff as I drove home.
"So, how are you and that West boy doing?" Gigi asked making me laugh.
"Oh, Jayden and I? We're just friends," I said trying to get out of the conversation.
"Not Jayden, I'm talking about you and the older West boy." She shot me a smirk.
"We're not a couple, but we're fine. We're happy as friends." I said as I rested my left arm on the door of the car.
"You two are not just friends." She argued making me sigh.
"He's not my boyfriend and I'm not his girlfriend. Therefore, we are just friends." I stated trying to get her to stop.
"Titles don't matter baby. You two obviously have feelings for each other. You just have to admit it." She lectured as I got off of our exit. "If I learned one thing from your parents' relationship, it was that if you love someone you have to let them know. Tomorrow is not guaranteed, and your parents learned that the hard way."
"What was mom like when she was in the hospital?" I asked because I've never been told.
"That's for you dad to tell. I only talked to her a few times during her treatments." Gigi said as we pulled up to our huge house.
"Anyways, Donny, Jayden, and Mya are throwing a Halloween party tonight. Can I go? Mya said I can sleepover with her afterward." I shot her a cute smile as I parked the car.
"Where are her parents?" Gigi asked as I turned off the car.
"Out of town training some people in Golden State," I replied as I played with the car keys.
"You can go to the party, but I don't want you sleeping over." She replied making me sigh.
"Why not?" I asked whining.
"Because I don't trust those boys when their parents arent home. I like being a Gigi. I don't want to become a Great Gigi anytime soon." She explained making me nod my head.
