Personality
Juvia is first introduced portraying an emotionless face, seeming more secluded from everyone, including members of the Phantom Lord Guild. After she joins Fairy Tail, she develops a happier demeanor. She is obsessed with Gray Fullbuster to the point of considering anyone who shows affection towards him a rival. Juvia also seems to have a slight masochistic side; upon making a mistake, she asks Gray to spank her as punishment, saying it's her "hobby." She's also very polite towards other, typically addressing others with honorifics.

Kota is normally a reserved, cold, and grumpy misanthrope who hates being around those who desire to become heroes. So much so, that he punched Izuku in his groin the moment they met. Kota also doesn't seem to be a fan of indecency. Due to the premature deaths of both his parents, Kota had a cynical and jaded view of heroes. He believed that his parents abandoned him by choosing to work as Pro Heroes. Kota detested not only heroes but villains, Quirks and the current superhuman society in general as well. Kota views heroes and villains killing one another with their "corny powers" as just shows of strength for popularity's sake. To Kota, this conflict is what caused misery in the world. Since being rescued by Izuku, Kota understands why heroes exist. Kota recognizes that Izuku risked his life and took a significant injury in a fight for someone he didn't know at all. Izuku showed him what it's like to be a real hero, making him change his view point on heroes and raising his confidence on his own quirk

Powers/Quirks
Water: Juvia is an extremely skilled user of Water, which allows her to produce, control, and manipulate water. She can use the water in a variety of different ways, such as producing blades of water that can even slice through solid rock and metal, creating boiling beams forming waves of tremendous power and force to damage her opponents, or even trapping opponents in mini-prisons made of her water. Juvia also has the ability to turn into water, seemingly without thought, thus allowing both physical and magical attacks to pass through her without harming her. Her Magic Power is greatly amplified when she is in an emotional state (for example, extreme anger)

Water Creation: Kota's Quirk seems to allow him to manipulate water. The Quirk appears to be somewhat weak, most likely due to Kota's young age. The full details and extent of it are not known, yet.

Relationships with Others
Juvia has romantic feelings for Gray and calls him "Gray-sama" only, making Gray feel creeped out but soon gets used to it and leaves it alone. Anyone who comes across Gray, she sees them as a romantic love rival, especially Lucy in the earlier debut, though, they are best friends and will do anything for each other. Before joining Fairy Tail, she was part of a dark guild which didn't make her feel too happy, but now she loves everyone and will sacrifice anything for them. Family members are unknown

Kota stays with his aunt Mandalay since his parents have died while fighting against a villain, traumatizing Kota and changing his viewpoints on heroes and quirks in general. After U.A. came to train, Kota hated them there and even kicked Izuku in the groin, setting off a bad example. Though, after being saved by Deku, he has grown attached and more supportive of the heroes, making him more lovable

Appearance
Juvia is a slender, teenage girl with azure blue hair, midnight blue eyes, snow skin complexion and a curvaceous figure. Juvia is first introduced with long hair, tightly curled at the base, wearing a sapphire blue coat, a cream colored furry trimmed navy blue shawl with a pure white teru teru bōzu attached to it, as well as a matching Russian Cossack hat. Upon becoming a member of Fairy Tail, she cut her long hair and began to wear more revealing clothing. However, after hearing about Gray Surge's crush on her Edolas counterpart, Juvia reverts to her original appearance, with the exception of the teru teru bōzu, instead wearing a Fairy Tail emblem. Juvia's Fairy Tail Guild Stamp is above her left thigh, being blue in color.

Kota is a small boy who stands at a height comparable to Minoru Mineta. He wears a white collared shirt with buttons, dark shorts, and black boots. Kota has short, spiky black hair and wears a red hat with golden, spike-shaped horns on the front. After Izuku Midoriya saved him from the villain, Muscular, he starts wearing red sneakers that are the same as Izuku's
