Maya slid down against the wall as she remembered what her eyes witnessed earlier. Arjun in Saanjh's arms, placing dirty kisses all over her at the bar. Showering her in money. Money that he had stolen from Maya. She felt disgusted by his touch. How could she ever have allowed such a disgusting man to come near her? He was in fact using her, just like everyone else. And in return what did she get from him? She lost her mental stability, her mother, everyone. She had killed her own father to ensure Arjun's life but he was here betraying her. She was no longer the beautiful, powerful businesswoman. His love had reduced her to shards. She had no identity of her own anymore

"Arzoo after everything I've done for you, you go and seduce my brother?" Sahir screamed as he threw a vase in the opposite direction.

He grabbed on to her shoulders and began shaking her uncontrollably "You KNEW!You knew how I felt when Zeenat did this to me yet YOU DIDN'T EVEN THINK! I loved you so much! This is how you treat me?" He yelled.

Arzoo broke free from his hold and pushed him away from her.

"If your love means showering me with expensive gifts every two weeks and fucking me when you feel like, then please...baksh do mujhe iss mohobbat se. I want love, Sahir. Not this craziness you show. Love is supposed to be soft and tender and caring. Zaki gives me all of that, why should I not choose him over you? You are incapable of love!" She retaliated.

Maya looked at Arjun in disgust as the court proceedings began.

"Ms. Maya Arjun Sharma, looking at the lack of evidence of adultery, this court does not grant you a divorce and orders you to remain with your husband."

Arjun looked at Maya viscously smiling as she clenched her jaw in anger before storming out of the court. Before she could leave the premises, Arjun caught ahold of her hand.

"You filthy bitch! You wanted to leave me? ME? You should be glad I've stayed with you thus long tolerating your madness. And I will continue to stay with you because you can't do a darn thing. All your money is mine, no one will give you shelter and no one will provide for you. Unless...you started prostitution..." He chuckled. "Your looks are all you have to offer anyway." He laughed.

Maya grabbed Arjun by his neck and began strangling him till his face went purple.

"You're messing with the wrong woman."

**

"Sahir...Sahir Azeem Chaudhary." He introduced himself, placing his hand out, awaiting hers.

"Maya...sirf Maya." She said extending her hand and syncing it with his.

"I know." He smiled.

His assistant watched on in shock as she saw her Sahir sir smiling with someone for the first time ever.

**

"Uh...Ms. Maya, there's a file in there regarding the legal terms of the agreement...I figured you'd need it, but if you don't then there's my number too...which might be equally useful. "

She looked up at Sahir in astonishment as he exited her cabin, throwing a naughty grin her way.

**

"I search for love in all the wrong people, it's kind of my thing." She chuckled.

"You can say that again." He laughed as he watched her taking a sip of his wine.

"sometimes I wonder where I went wrong with him..."

"Maya, if you take a worm out of a gutter and place it in a palace...it'll always find it's way back to the gutter. Think of your husband as such..."

"Your wife has no clue what she's missing out on..." She laughed.

**

"Sahir...this is so wrong" She mumbled as she wrapped her legs around him, inviting him closer as her nails scrapped down his bare, toned back.

"But it feels so right.." He moaned, before placing a kiss on her neck.

"We're both married...to other people." She said before moaning his name out loud as he continued his ministrations on her.

"I don't care about that and admit it, neither do you!" He said before sliding her strap down.

**

Maya cried as she looked at Sahir.

"Illegitimate love often results in destruction. Stay away from me, Sahir. I might just ruin you too."
