Hi!
Took me a while but here's a new chapter!
Hope you like it

I ran after Summer who was pushing people out of the way while she too ran.

She actually seemed to know where she was going and stopped running when we arrived in the kitchen, where it was way less crowded but you still stood arm to arm with people.

'Summer, what happened?'

Jake seemed to have followed us. He was probably worried about Hannah; he was also a good friend of hers.

Summer didn't answer as we walked up to a group of people that I would call my best friends. I also had friends outside school, my bestfriend, Hazel, for example. I'd known her since I was two years old and we were still best friends.

I hadn't told her about my worries about Hannah yet. I was just to bussy with figuring it all out myself. That's why it never occured to me to discuss it with anyone, not even my parents.

When we got closer I recognized faces.

Zoe, Sadie and Julia were there. Julia's boyfriend, Kai was ther with her.

I didn't like him. Not at all if I was honest. But I didn't tell Julia because I saw how happy she was. I just didn't think it was a healthy relationship. Kai always got jealous about the smallest things and was already irritated when Julia had a snapchat-conversation with another boy, Luke, who she was friends with. But he allowed himself to do the same with other girls.

Toxic much?

It just wasn't my business, if she thought he would make her happy, I would have her back. That's just what friends do.

Luke, the boy Julia wasn't allowed to talk to, was also there. I knew he talked to Hannah a lot, he knew everything I knew.

Some of our other boy-friends were also there: Ethan and Oliver.

Ethan was friends with Kai, I just didn't know if he really liked Kai, he was hard to read. I knew him less than the others, because he joined our class a year later, but I did think he was a cool guy.

So was Oliver, the other guy in the group of five. He was tall and really smart and he seemed kind to everyone.

They were all looking at their phones with a concerned look
On their faces.

Alexa was actually dancing right next to out group like there was nothing going on.

'Open your snapchat.'

Summer's voice didn't sound so happy.

I took my phone out of my short's pocket while I saw Jacob do the same.

I opened snapchat but saw nothing special.

'There's nothing there. Why are you all so upset?'

I wanted to know what was going.

'Read this!'

Jacob gave me his phone with a sad look in his eyes.

I took his phone and read the message that came from Hannah.

"I'm drunk but I want more alcohol. It's sooo good. Should I get more beer?"

'Shit!'

I couldn't say anything more. Why was she doing this? This drinking thing definitely wasn't for fun. Did the others realise that?

'I told her she shouldn't drink more and just go to sleep.'

Kai didn't seem upset or anything, he almost seemed to think it was funny.

'That probably won't work, but you guys should just go partying. I'll try to talk some sence into her.'

Luke was really nice: he always tried to talk to Hannah when she felt bad. I really appreciated it even though it probably wouldn't work.

She was stubborn, which was a good feature sometimes, but at the same time it made it harder to talk sence into somebody.

I knew that if she would want to drink more tonight, she would drink more, no matter what Luke said.

What struck me was that Hannah hadn't send the snap to me. I didn't understand why. Was it just coincidence? Or was it on purpose?

She probably didn't want to be stopped. Had she not send the snap to me because she thought I was capable of talking her out of drinkig away her worries?

It's getting more personal. I know some of this isn't what it was really like but this is how I experienced it in that moment..
