Chapter 21

Nicole

i was at Universal Studios with Jc, Kian, Sam, and Carly.

"So what do you want to do?" Jc asked as we entered the theme park.

"Lets go on the Mummy," Kian said. He started walking over to me like a mummy. He grabbed my waist and carried me. We decided to just be friends that way it wouldnt be awkward whenever we saw eachother.

"Kian put me down!" I said laughing. He put me down. he stood beside me as we walked to the mummy ride. We got in line for the ride.

"So are we going into the haunted house?" Sam asked holding Carly's hand.

"Hell no," I said.

"C'mon why?" Jc asked.

"I dont do clowns and zombies," i said.

"Clowns?" Jc said laughing. "They're not even scary!"

"Yes they are!" I said. "You cant change my mind i'm not going."

"There are no clowns i promise," Kian said. "Plus i'll be with you to protect you."

"Fine i'll go," I said.

We finally got to the ride. Me Kian and jc sat in the front of the ride, Sam and Carly sat behind us and there were other people on the ride too. The ride started and i grabbed Kians hand. He looked at me and smirked. I hit is arm.

After the ride we all went outside. "That ride was awesome!" Kian said.

"Yeah," I said. We went on Jurasic Park next. We stood in line.

A girl with brown hair came up to us and said, "Are you guys from O2L?"

"Yeah," Jc said.

"Oh my gosh i love your channel!" she said. She shot a look at me and carly. "Who are these sluts?"

I looked down at my outfit. I was wearing a sweatshirt that said "Thing 1", jeans, and red converse. Carly was wearing the same thing as me except she was wearing leggings and her sweater said "Thing 2"

"Um we're not even showing any skin," Carly said.

"So your still sluts!" she said loudly. Everyone looked at us. I saw a girl walking up towards us.

"I'm so sorry about her she gets a little crazy sometimes," the other girl said. "C'mon lets go," she said grabbing the other girls hand.

"Dont listen to her she's just jealous of you girls," Sam said. Kian brought me into a hug. He was so warm. I could hear his heartbeat. It was the perfect rythym. Beat by beat i felt more and more safe with him. I cant believe i let him get away.

It was already 7 the sun was going down.

"Haunted house time!" Jc said.

"Yay," i said sarcastically.

"It'll be ok," Kian said.

We entered the haunted house and i held Kian's arm. A Zombie popped out. I screamed. Me and Kian ran. Then a clown popped out with a chainsaw. "KIAN YOU FUCKING LIAR!" I screamed at him.

After the haunted house Kian came out laughing. I hit his arm. "Your reaction though!"

"Haha very funny," I said sarcastically.

We all went over to the O2L house after me and Kian were in his room watchin Orange is the New Black. "Kian?" i asked him. he paused the tv and looked at me. "I had a great time with you today."

"Me too," he said.

"I dont know if i ever told you but," I said. "I feel safe with you. When you hug me i hear and feel your heartbeat. i feel warm and safe." He started leaning in as i was talking. I stopped talking, and closed my eyes. I heard someone open the door and i opened my eyes and quikly pulled away.

"Oh um hey Emily," Kian said waving at her.

"Hey Kian," she said walking in. "Who's this?"

"This is nicole she was," he said.

"Just about to leave," i finsished. I got up and grabbed my stuff.

"No wait nic-" he said but i cut him off.

"Bye kian," i said closing his door. I wuickly went down the stairs and into the living room. "Carly lets go,"

"Um ok bye Sam," she said getting up and giving him a kiss. I grabbed her arm and dragged her out. "Geez Nicole whats gotten into you."

"Nothing," i said. I waited for her to opene the door.

"Tell me or i wont open this car," she said.

"Me and Kian almost kissed," i whispered to her.

"YOU ALMOST KI-" she yelled but i quickly covered her mouth.

"Open the damn door," i said. She unlocked the door and i sat down. We closed our doors and we drove off.

"What do you mean you almost kisssed?" she asked.

"I was telling him how i felt safe with him then he started leaning in and i leaned in then his girlfirend came in and UGH!" i said putting my face into my hands. "why did i let him go."

"Its ok Nicole," she said. "Love will bring you two together again."
