A/N: Back to Kaylee for this chapter. Enjoy.

I knew that a guy whipping out a sword and killing a doctor with the power of his hand would not be very good on our behalf as well as the cowering staff so I had to get everyone out of the hospital. Damn demons. Always raining on my parade. Dean came in at the perfect moment with Ben and Bobby. When everyone had got in the corner I transported us to a different hospital. Thank God I had gone hunting enough to learn some locations of hospitals.

I liked the new hospital we were in. There were cute guys on the staff. Luckily the delivery staff was mainly women. I was finally at the hospital long enough to wear a gown. I told Castiel to clear Ben's memory of transporting so that he wouldn't have to deal with the world of Supernatural. I wished that I would be able to raise my child away from the supernatural world but it wouldn't be easy as we would all be creatures of the supernatural.

The delivery staff were well trained and very nice to me. I was deciding to never ever have a child again after what I had just gone through but seeing the beautiful baby presented to me changed my mind incredibly. A beautiful baby boy with large brown eyes stared up at me from my arms. I felt a soft kiss land on my head.

"Say hello to Daddy!" I whispered as the nurses left the room. I could feel Castiel's breathing but he never said anything. I felt his arms wrap around me and I leaned up to kiss him. Dean walked in with Ben and Bobby. He covered Ben's eyes.

"Guys. Young eyes and even younger eyes in here."

Castiel and I pulled apart as everyone crowded around our new son. I was very tired and could feel my eyes closing.

"What's his name?" Ben asked and I smiled when two strong arms picked up our son and answered. "Liam." I cracked open an eye to watch Castiel cradle our son. I loved the sight and I finally let exhaustion consume me.

Crying woke me up. Nearly three months had passed since I had gave birth to Liam. I rolled out of bed and walked across the hall to his crib. I sang to my son until his beautiful brown eyes closed. I smiled when I felt hands circle my waist. I spun around and pulled Castiel into a kiss.

Bobby had gone out hunting so I had the house to myself with Liam. Apollo never left Liam's side and was currently sitting in a rocking chair near the crib. Castiel tried to visit but couldn't. Only hours after Liam was born he was called back to heaven. He was finally back.

"How is-"

"Shhh. You will wake him up."

We walked back to my room and layed down staring at the ceiling.

"How is Liam?"

"He's fine. Wakes up a bit during the night."

"How are you?"

"A little tired but mostly I missed you."

Castiel didn't respond so I turned my head to look at him. Our eyes locked and a tear slid down my face. I had missed him a lot. His blue eyes, his touch, just the feeling of him living and breathing. Castiel pulled me into him in a tight embrace.

"I missed you too, Kaylee."

He kissed my forehead then my lips and then my neck. I pulled him back to my face. "We need to have a serious talk in the morning but until then, we can enjoy eachother's company."

A hand tracing my bare back woke me up. I pushed up on my elbow and pulled the sheets around me that Castiel was hogging. I looked into his blue eyes and smiled. I kissed him and then laid my head back down onto his chest. I almost suggested continuing last night's activity but I remembered that we had stuff to talk about.

"Castiel?"

His hands were at the base of my back while his eyes travelled over my lips. I could tell that it was a hungry gaze and that he wanted to continue last night on a never-ending loop. I sighed. Men.

"Castiel."

This time his eyes shot up to meet mine almost guiltily.

"Castiel there are some things we need to discuss. Things about Liam, things about us, things about our family."

"Like?" His eyebrows formed a frown that made me worry.

"Well we can't live at Bobby's and we aren't even married. We need to get our family together. Like Dean and Lisa with Ben."

Castiel nodded and I smiled a bit. I figured that out by my oak tree was the best place. I imagined a nice little house for the three of us before focusing on Castiel again. Our lips met and I smiled into the kiss. We would be a happy family. Just Castiel, Liam and me. My second real family. One I created. Our happily ever after.

He snuggled in closer giving what i thought was the funniest, cutest, suggestive smile and I just wondered if maybe he had gotten the one joke Balthazar had said when we first met. Sneaky angel.
