Enzefer looked out of the window of the Kinze household, his eyes screaming distress. Ender noticed from his reflection and walked up to him.

"If there's something you aren't telling me, let me know now," he told his former other half. He got an almost depressing sigh in reply. "It's something to do with your bomb, isn't it? How it didn't heal us?" Another sigh came as a response. Before he grabbed his shoulder, Enzefer turned around with a strange marking on his forehead, which was invisible in the reflection.

"It healed her," he explained, voice cracking, "but I had to sacrifice a good chunk of my healing magic to keep her stable enough to make it back here." When he noticed Ender's confused look, he continued. "With that in mind, Enderia or Kanim should've been there by now to get her. If they haven't already, they'll be there soon." The marking on his forehead began to shrink, and the sounds of crunching snow became louder to Ender. Clair then looked outside and saw a large turquoise cat carrying her sister on its back in the distance.

That energy... He managed to talk to them, somehow, without me. Ender considered this to be extremely confusing, as Enzefer was never originally part of him. Regardless of that fact, he was extremely glad that he was able to. "I'm going out there to help!" he shouted from upstairs just as he reverted to his natural form. He still was smaller than he used to be, but his power had significantly increased after Enzefer's expulsion. However, he wasn't prepared to phase through the floor and fall to the living room in front of everyone.

Before he told everyone that he was okay from the fall, he had to explain that his difference in size was due to having another soul attached to him, and since the impurities were now gone, he could reach his full magic potentials, including potentially getting close to the potency of magic that the Kinze family has. On the mention of the final part, Clair inhaled sharply before covering it up with a few coughs. It worked, partly because everyone was paying more attention to Ender and the large amounts of magical energy closing in on their location. A third energy was felt seconds later, this one belonging to another Luna, confusing the group.

"That must be Lucas. There's no mistaking it," Liliana muttered, fully expecting to be heard by at least Milo, the closest one to her. When they noticed the annoyance in her tone, her response was, "Me and Lucas don't get along very well, that's all." A few minutes of silence followed, with it only being broken by the sound of the door being knocked on and a very loud meow. Taylor went to check the window to make sure it wasn't someone trying to fool them before opening the door to let them in.

"Oh. It's you."
