Navomi

Two armored guards passed by where Arthur and Sonui were currently hiding. Fortunately for them, both had been required to wear heavily reinforced and extremely filtered masks to protect them from any kind of potential gas attacks, which also hindered their sense of smell. When the two walked past them, Sonui blasted them with cold flames, knocking them out instantly. Before they hit the ground, Arthur grabbed them with his air magic and gently set them down against a nearby pillar.

"You've definitely gotten the hang of it in just a few days of practicing, man," Sonui exclaimed with a furious blush, as she was the usual testing dummy. "Before we go any farther, I think we should let at least my sisters know where we are." She was well aware of the risk involved, especially in the den of Navomi, the prince of the fire dragons.

Arthur sighed before explaining, "If we tell them where we are, there's no doubt they'd all come here. Even if everyone from the other Timelines came with them, Navomi at this point is too strong." He expected Sonui to try to come up with a counter argument like her earlier attempts, all of which were written off as something he'd been trained for and would expect, but nothing came forth.

"Well, if you want my opinion, dear brother, I think you should listen to the lady." His words continued echo throughout the halls as he drew closer, the air becoming more tense with each step. Before the source became fully visible, Arthur and Sonui retaliated.

"Golden Wind!" they shouted together as Arthur blasted golden embers into Sonui's air magic, effectively creating a inescapable blast zone behind and to the right of them. In the pulses flowing through her, Sonui sensed that whoever it was that spoke had tried circling to the right of them, then decided to combine the embers into a fist-sized fireball before shooting it towards their current position.

"Have you forgotten who you're dealing with already, Arthur?" the owner of the voice spoke again, completely dodging the attack and perching himself over a brightly burning candle. His chocolate-colored scales almost completely covered his face, but Arthur could tell exactly who he was by seeing the scars around his eyes and mouth. "You never did tell anyone that we were trained to be able to deal with up to forty people at once, did you?" He lunged towards another candle, piercing the wall above it to hold himself with his near-titanium strength talons. "It's rather unfortunate, actually. I would've loved tearing that boy Ender to shreds, especially after what he did to my pet Diavon." His tail, a slightly lighter shade that his facial and body scales, jutted out towards the ground, shattering the table underneath him and hooking to the ceiling beneath them. He then let go of the wall and landed on the floor almost silently. "Such a shame. Such a shame indeed," he sighed.

Arthur took a step back, grabbing Sonui's hand while doing so. "Navomi, you and I both know what you're doing won't bring back dad!" he screamed, aware that the guards wouldn't immediately rush towards them. "Don't you see what's happening? The entire WORLD is freezing!" Golden flames began to envelope him and Sonui, but didn't bring the usual heat with it. The same was happening to Navomi, but with blue flames instead.

His eldest brother shook his head. "I'll give you this chance to leave with your girlfriend alive. One chance. If you don't take it, then I'm afraid I'll have to kill you both." He noticed that, while he was explaining, Arthur had began to send everyone his coordinates, along with the message:

Family meeting.

"I wonder, has anyone crossed over yet?" This made Arthur freeze in place. "Did you not expect me to know about the most powerful asset of the Klouden bloodline, especially since you have their blood?" Sonui froze as well. "He never told you that either? What a terrible boyfriend you have." Before he even noticed that Arthur had shot towards him, he spun around and kicked his brother into the wall.

"Arty!" Sonui cried out, hoping he was okay. His wing still hasn't fully healed yet. If he damages it going at speeds like that...

"Nice trick, but like you said yourself, even if the rest of you were here, I'd be too strong for you," Navomi chuckled, fully aware of what Arthur's currently capable of. "You have three options. Die by my hand, flee with your lives, or be tortured for information and then killed." He walked over to his brother, who was still stuck in the wall crater. "Well, bitch, which is it?" he asked angrily.

"Li... live, damn it. I want... to live," Arthur answered weakly, coughing up a bit of blood. "Damn it, Navomi," he said between coughs, "leave Sonui out of this." He was terrified of the thought of Brandon finding out about her, his reasons to be unsure. He pulled himself out of the hole before collapsing into Sonui's arms. "Escort us out with your guards, we're in no condition to go by ourselves," he ordered, from Prince to Prince. Navomi agreed, but not before reminding them that the next time they step foot in the castle, they, along with whoever they bring, will be forced to fight him, regardless of bodily conditions of either party.

Then the second bomb exploded, taking time back an hour, but leaving all of the damage done in that time frame.
