Magnus explained "Do you think this could the work of Lilith?" Jace asked Magnus "I honestly don't know Jace but if it is I don't know why she is doing this for." Magnus answered honestly "I think it's because we sent her back down to Edom and that her owl got away." Clary said but then Jace got the idea "I'll be right back." Jace said and he left the room Isabelle gave Clary a look and Clary walked out to catch up with Jace "Where are you going?" She said to Jace "I'm heading back to the institute." He said but Clary was confused "What? Why?" Clary asked then Jace replied back with "Because I'm going to get that trap you guys used on me and we are going to summon Lilith here to New York but then you'll send her back down to Edom we must find out some answers Clary she is hurting my parabatai he didn't deserve any of this he is innocent and she'll pay for hurting him. Nobody in our life would ever hurt each other's parabatai but look it's up to you if you either want to help or not either way I'm doing this and she'll pay for good." He said then he walked out of Magnus' apartment and went back to the institute it was getting late so it was the perfect time to summon her Clary walked back in the room "Hey what's going on?" Isabelle asked and Clary started drawing the rune she put in it in the centre of the room and Izzy went through it and it landed in the back of the institute while Isabelle and Jace are at institute Clary was about to walk to Magnus but it got interrupted by a scream both Clary and Magnus looked at each other they quickly ran out of the room and went to the bedroom it was Alec screaming then it slowly went quiet a few seconds later he started screaming Magnus quickly checked out why Alec was screaming it was his parabatai rune it was glowing "Quickly send a fire message to Isabelle it could be happening to Jace too." Magnus said and Clary wrote a fire message straight away Isabelle catches the fire message while she spotted Jace about to go into the institute but he fell to the floor Isabelle looked at the fire message she ran over to Jace he started screaming Izzy quickly check Jace's parabatai rune it was glowing too Izzy grabbed her stele she founded Jace's healing rune she activated it the pain got a little easily for Jace and he got up from the ground "What are you doing here Iz?" He asked her but she crossed her arms "Well you're welcome for activating you're healing rune and I'm here because you're angry that's why you want to go after Lilith you're doing all this out of anger." She replied back at him with a bit of a snapping voice Jace headed inside and Izzy followed him but Isabelle explained that the same thing happened to Alec they quietly sneaked into the weapon's room where Isabelle works they got a bag loading it up with weapons a few seraph blades, Izzy's electrum laced whip and the cage to keep Lilith in place not letting her escape at all they zip up the bag and leaving the institute to head back to Magnus' apartment. Magnus told Clary to look more things up about the demon while he stays with Alec "Don't worry Alexander we will make sure everything will be ending." Magnus whispered then he used his magic to see what's going on in Alec's head but when he tried to enter something was making sure he couldn't get through Magnus tried to push his magic to get into Alec's head but the force was too strong and sent Magnus flying across the room Clary hear the crash and she quickly rushed in the room she saw Magnus on the other side of the room she quickly rushed over to Magnus "Magnus.. Hey Magnus can you hear me???" Clary said as his ears were ringing so loud in his ear until it all stopped Clary helped him up "What the hell happened?" She asked him "I tried going inside his head again but there's definitely something there because it was too strong like it was powerful enough to send me across the room." Magnus explained but he quickly rushed over to Alec's side he noticed his nose started bleeding Magnus took Clary to quickly get one of the books Brother Zachariah gave him when she quickly returned he flipped through the pages and founded the answer "I'm just hoping they hurry soon because it says if someone summons that demon into their nightmares they started killing them by using every single terrible memory that crushes their hearts making them extremely vulnerable to these demons." Magnus said and Clary gasped but she had to quickly send a fire message to Jace it sent straight to Jace he catches it "We need to rush right now." Jace said and they started running "Why?" Isabelle asked and Jace quickly handed her the fire message "Oh by the angel." She said she was shocked they ran as fast as they could to Magnus' apartment they didn't wanted to lose Alec because he has been the big brother to both of them. Once Isabelle and Jace came back to Magnus' apartment they rushed in and placed the bag on the couch Clary walks out "Come quickly come and look." She said and they walk into the bedroom they saw Alec's nose bleeding when Jace was about to say something he felt something dripping down his nose he touched it he saw it was blood Clary looks up she quickly goes into the bathroom and grabs some toliet paper she rushes out of the bathroom and puts a bit pressure on Jace's nose "We must ask and stop Lilith right now. Isabelle get the trap ready." Jace said and Clary takes off her hand she lets go off the toliet paper she checks out Jace's nose "It's stopped for now. I guess we got to summon Lilith right now to see what she says but Magnus just stay here we'll call you out when we need to but try to use some magic on Alec's body see if you can get a connection." She said both Jace and Clary leaves the bedroom once they closed the door Clary went over to the sink she grabbed a paper cup she turned on the tap some water went into the cup she turned off the sink she walked over to Jace and handed him the cup of water "Thanks." He said he drank the water really quickly "Now let's get Lilith." He said but Clary gave Isabelle a sign she walked out of the room "Where is Isabelle going? We need her." Clary said in a serious voice "Oh I'm shaking in my own boots you're going to try harder than that Clarissa Fairchild." Lilith said but that was enough for Jace he went over to one of the stands holding the cage together Jace turned the stand and Lilith screamed out so loud Clary went over to Jace she placed her hand onto Jace's shoulder "Jace calm down please she won't tell us anything if you don't control this anger I know how you feel I want her to pay for everything that she has done to us so please calm down and control that rage and anger inside of you don't worry we will make her pay I promise you." Jace said. Alec screamed out but then he felt onto his knees he started screaming not only through his head where his self conscious but he was screaming out loud where he was lying on Magnus' bed Magnus checked everywhere he saw there were little cuts starting to show but not only that but one of his runes where glowing Magnus trying using his magic on Alec again but nothing wasn't working whatever that demon was doing was blocking out Magnus' magic not letting him to help Alec heal it hurt Magnus to see Alec like this it was worrying Magnus a lot because literally Alec's life was in Magnus' hands. Jace heard Alec screaming "Oh I'm wondering what's going on hmm." Lilith said while having that evil smirk back with an evil laugh "What are you doing to him Lilith he didn't do anything to you." Magnus said and Isabelle went into the bedroom where her brother was laying there sweating and tears streaming down his face he seemed so lifeless but he was still fighting to stay alive Magnus was honestly pretty pissed off "What has Alexander done to you huh? He asked her "Oh I'm sorry Bane I can't do that but you should know that demons are an fascinating creatures because they can literally can be the greatest gift in this world and follow every single order their master gives to them why do you think you're precious Alexander is getting hurt for? Because I obey them and they can sense something is wrong with their master that's why their attacking back but I'm glad they are keeping you away from using you're magic to heal him because I want myself and my lovely demons to make Alec suffer along with Jace and you feeling the dying love of the boy who gave you both a strong soul filled in the power of love how pathetic and plus least me and you're father have somethings in common how we rather let you suffer than feeling the beautiful love that you desire in this world all humans, shadowhunters and downworlders should be dead and letting us demons rule the world we once knew to be." Lilith smiled as she said that but least Magnus knew some parts of herself had a soul it would be a shame if Jonathan died in front of her "I suggest you think long and hard because what's about to come next might hurt you're soul or maybe the life you had." Magnus said with a strong confident voice but lucky for Magnus he knew Lilith didn't know what was about to happen next Magnus left the room just keeping Lilith in that cage knowing that she wouldn't escape because it's hold for it can hold any greater demon and would have a struggle escaping it Magnus goes and looks for Jace and Clary he knocks on his office door Clary gets up from the floor and slides the door open Magnus walks in and she closes the door "Is this a bad timing?" Jonathan said while sobbing throughout every single sentence Clary honestly did feel Jonathan's pain but she felt bad what they were going to do to him she gave Jace the sign because since Jonathan was crying he couldn't see a lot Clary got up and Jace quickly handcuffed Jonathan "What is this?? He called out but she quickly made a portal all 3 of them jumped through it and landed into Magnus' office Jace used the rune to make himself back into himself while Magnus was trying to get some stuff out of Lilith but she wouldn't talk at all when Clary and Jace left to get Jonathan Magnus sent a fire message to every downworlder that hated Lilith's and Jonathan's blood and all of them were a different room because it would be a lot of fighting but Magnus wanted to make sure that everyone knew that they both will paid as soon as Jace and Clary come back with Jonathan sometimes Isabelle would call out for Magnus because whatever Lilith has this demon doing is making Alec a bit worser but every time Magnus would come back out Lilith would just laugh Magnus knew all she wanted to do was make Alec pay for everything it felt like someone kinda of ripped a hole in Magnus' chest because of the pain his Alexander was going through but Magnus was hoping that Clary and Jace would be back with Jonathan right now he saw a head stick out it was Clary's he walked away and he saw in his office that Jonathan was there in handcuffs still questioning where he was but Magnus was ready to see if Lilith was ready to give some information out but if not he'll bring everyone out and torture Jonathan until she was ready to say anything "Just wait here and I'll snap my fingers to give you a sign to get out every downworlder outside of balcony and Jace you'll bring out Jonathan just keep him in the handcuffs." Magnus said and Clary nodded Magnus left the room and he went back to Lilith he walked forward and back "Nothing is going to work Bane! So just give up already you can't save him he is too deep in that demon can easily rip him into pieces right now but the demon is just toying with him right now seeing how far he can go with losing his strength and his grip before slipping." Magnus said he snapped his fingers Clary came out unlocking the balcony door a lot of downworlders came through the doors Magnus did explain to them earlier that if Lilith didn't any details about what she has done to Alec they can take it out one by one on Jonathan usually their downworlders powers to hurt Jonathan making Lilith beg them to stop hurting her precious boy that's when hopefully she'll give some information out all the downworlders were around the other side of the couch while Jace brought out Jonathan dragging him by the collar of his shirt when Jonathan saw his mother in the cage he called out for her "Mother! MOTHER! Please mother you have to stop them." He screamed out even though nothing hasn't even happened to him yet Lilith's face was shocked "Now do you want to give me some answers or do you want to see what's going to happen to him?" Magnus asked Lilith but she was too scared to say anything "You wouldn't dare hurt my precious boy would you Bane?" She asked him "I gave you a chance Lilith now it's up to you if you want to tell me anything that can break that demon out of Alexander or you're so called precious boy will get hurted one by one of these downworlders who hate you're blood and his so make you're choice or I'll make it for you." Magnus said with the most serious tone in his voice but then he went over to Clary "Make sure nobody moves until I tell them to I'm going to check up on Alec." Magnus whispered in her ear she nodded "You have a few minutes to decide or I'll make it before you even had the chance to think." Magnus went back out where Lilith was "So have you thought about it yet?' He asked her "I need more time." She said but Magnus didn't let her "Ok so who's first?" He said and Jace made sure that the handcuffs Jonathan was in that he wouldn't escape it he put some chains on the outside to hold Jonathan in place the first downworlder hurt Jonathan his scream was a bit loud but not loud enough every downworlder took every bit of them to hurt Jonathan making Lilith watch the whole thing she constantly begged them to stop but they kept going until he fainted they took a break until he woke up again while they were waiting for him wake up for the fourth time "Now since you know how powerful everyone is do you want to give out any information right now about the status Alec is in or do we have to keep hurting Jonathan for you to tell us anything but I warn you now if you don't give out any information we will kill him and we will make sure that there is no way in hell that you'll bring him back again." Magnus said to her she didn't wanted to lose her boy again but she didn't really wanted to give any information out about Alec it was hard choice for her to make because it was tricky in one hand she has her son that Valentine helped her to have but in the other hand she wanted Alec to hurt as much when she lost Jonathan for the first time he died but now she knows that she could possibly lose Jonathan again while he is actually in the same room as her which would be more painful Jonathan woke up again "I guess you don't choice now since he is now awake again." Magnus said and next loads of downworlders hurt Jonathan his screaming was getting loud each time the downworlders used their marks to hurt him he was feeling weaker every time he was even screaming out for Clary and Lilith begging them to stop this once and for all but they needed to get the information out so Alec could be free of this demon Magnus knew Alec was slowly running out of time after a few minutes of Jonathan getting hurt of every single downworlder in Magnus' loft Jonathan was close to dying again but he couldn't have the strength to fight anyone and he didn't have the strength to break out of the cuffs Lilith was crying out loud along with her son she wishes she could touch his face letting him know that everything will be ok Lilith leaned down in the cage she whispered in her son's ear "I'll make them for everything I promise you." She said then she got back up "Fine I'll tell you but you'll have to let my boy go once you bring Alec Lightwood back." She says in front of everyone but every downworlder left because they already did their job "We're listening." Jace said and he crossed his arms he told Clary to get a piece of paper and a pen so she coudl write down she did so and Lilith told them everything what they needed to do to help out and save Alec they kept Jonathan in cuffs while keeping Lilith is the cage they weren't going anywhere once Lilith finished telling them everything they left the room they went into Magnus' bedroom Isabelle was still looking after Alec and Magnus could see in Alec's face that his face was dripping in sweat and tears he most likely crying because he is scared that he needs to get out of this situation he is "Please tell me that you got information out of Lilith?" Isabelle asked and Clary nodded "Oh thank the angel." She said but Jace laid beside Alec Izzy raised her eye brow but Jace had to go because he was Alec's parabatai their heart beats as one Magnus snapped his fingers his magic showed up in his hands Jace hold onto Alec's hand while Magnus used his magic for Jace to go inside of Alec's mind he started running around everything was white like with nothing coloured in just pitch white like when you see a ghost Jace walked around until he saw Alec on the floor bleeding out a bit he was slowly crawling Jace felt his parabatai rune glowing Jace quickly rushed over to Alec's side he tapped Alec's shoulder "No go away you're playing games with me again what did I do to you? Please leave me alone I don't deserve any of this you look so much like Jace but no this is all a mind game again like what you did when you shown me Max there's no way that my parabatai could be here right now." Alec said but Jace was shocked "Alec it's actually me." Jace said to him but Alec didn't believe it "Prove it to me how do I know this is my actual parabatai Jace." Alec asked but then Jace had to think for a second to come up with an answer to his question but then he knew "Remember when Valentine told me that me and Clary wasn't actually siblings and then we did some training together I kicked you're ass but you wanted me to tell Clary the truth but I told you at the time that she and Simon had a great thing going on but after Magnus came by because we didn't know where Isabelle was and you came told me that Magnus was there you asked me if I was ok and I was crying do you remember that?" Jace said to Alec and his face was shocked "Jace is that really you?" Alec asked Jace "Yeah Alec it's me." Jace said they gave each other a hug but Alec did hiss a little because of the blood pouring out a bit "Look I'm going to get you out of here where's the demon?" Jace asked him but all Alec did was shake his head "I don't know it keeps going and leaving it barely stays." He said then Jace heard some little noises "Stay here I'll be right back." Jace said and he went around the sides trying to find the demon but then he heard Alec screaming out there was the demon trying to drag Alec's body "Now Magnus." Jace shouted out Magnus used his other hand and it sent a boost right through Alec's body it hit the demon straight away sending its body on fire and sending it into ashes Jace quickly thrown a special type of rock that will make sure that Alec doesn't have any more nightmares Jace quickly rushes over to Alec he picks him up Alec has his arm wrapped around Jace's shoulder helping him get some support "You can pull us through now Magnus." Jace calls out and Magnus uses all the magic he can he pulls through Jace and Alec but then Magnus quickly uses his magic to heal Alec as fast as he can Jace jolts up "Come on Alec please wake up." Jace said to Alec he keeps holding Alec's hand as Magnus keeps using his magic after a couple of minutes no signs of Alec breathing then out of nowhere Alec starts breathing and mumbling "Why is everyone so down?" He said and they all laugh Jace gave his parabatai a hug Alec was crying into Jace's arms Magnus kept healing Alec until he couldn't feel the pain. A hour goes by and Jonathan was still calling out for Clary and Lilith "What are we going to do with them?" Clary asked but Alec came out and said it "Can you guys give me a minute alone with Jace and Magnus?" He asked Isabelle nodded her head her and Clary walked out of the room just leaving Alec, Magnus and Jace in the room "What do you think we shoud do Alexander?" Magnus asked Alec "I think we end this once and for all." He said and he got up from the bed "Easy Alexander you should be resting not moving around so quickly already." Magnus told him but Alec wanted to kill this son of a bitch once for all Jace got up and followed his parabatai Alec founded the bag that had everything in it he grabbed his bow and arrows out of the bag he glamour his weapon Jace grabs his seraph blade Jace glamour his weapon too "Well... well look's awake and now you have to let me go and Jonathan go Bane." Lilith said Alec looked over at Magnus but Alec had in mind to kill Jonathan and he knew Jace would kill Jonathan along side of his parabatai Alec because in battle their hearts beats as one and they haven't gotten into a disagree in a while "Well the only one that will be going back to Edom is you Lilith I hope you don't mind watching this because me and Jace are really going to enjoy this." Alec said as they bring out their weapons they stand back Jonathan looked up "Please help me please don't make them do this to me." Jonathan said with an pleading voice Clary couldn't barely looking Jonathan Alec loaded up his arrow in his bow "Please don't do this! NOOOO." Lilith screamed out and Alec shot Jonathan with the arrow Alec kept shooting his arrows at Jonathan and Jace started to stab Jonathan he was screaming out for Lilith and Clary he was trying to reach out to both of them hoping that they would save him or try holding their hands Jace and Alec walked over to Jonathan "Please I'm begging you have mercy you don't have to do this." Jonathan pleading but Alec grabbed one of his arrows Jace stand in front of Jonathan they both have the idea "You never have mercy in you're soul Jonathan since you turned into a demon just like you're mother." Jace said and Jonathan started screaming trying to reach out to his family but it didn't work but Alec quickly stabbed Jonathan in the heart and Jace used his blade to slit through Jonathan's throat blood pouring out Jonathan died in front of his mother reaching out for her his eyes were still opened looking at her Clary came in she couldn't look at Jonathan's body on the floor blood still pouring out Clary made an portal rune to send Lilith back to Edom "You'll pay for this Bane! You hear me you'll pay." She said and Clary send Lilith through the portal it landed back in Edom she landed face first into the floor of the home she was in she could still see the memories between her and Jonathan she screamed out so loud every demon could hear her in Edom she was going to make sure that Magnus would pay after a couple of minutes of her screaming and crying she finally knew what she had to do so Magnus could pay for everything she had to get revenge but another thing that would be sweet taste of revenge Lilith walked to were Asmodeus was living she walked in "Who dare come interrupted me king Asmodeus." He said while Lilith was turned around she saw him come out "You were supposed to be in you're own house place." He said to her "I will go back I just need to ask for a favour and I'll be out." She asked him "What could you possible want?" He asked her "I need you to find a way where Magnus won't remember who Alexander Gideon Lightwood I want every memories of him and Alec erased because Alec and Jace killed my boy in front of me so I want to make sure Alec suffers." Lilith said to Asmodeus "Consider it done I'll do it soon now get out of my house." He said and Lilith left his place with the most wicked smirk in her life she was happy that least Magnus Bane won't remember who Alec is and there wasn't going to be a way for Magnus to get them back.
