Mark sat up more, bracing his back against the tub as Sean leaned in to kiss him. Sean's kisses were always so hesitant. Yet, at the same time were filled with so much affection. His heavy beat with a slow heavy rhythm. He wanted to touch Sean so badly but held himself back. Sean was quick to have fun, except when it came to being intimate. In times like this, Sean was easily overwhelmed. Scared of every detail. Scared of loosing control of himself. So, Mark did his best to keep his distance and let Sean warm up to him. When the kiss kept going, Mark raised a hand to slide his fingers over Sean's soft cheek. His heart swelled at the extra contact. Nothing gave him more pleasure than touching Sean. It didn't have to be in a sexual way. His desire stemmed more from how Sean always reacted to his touch. Even now as his fingers lightly brushed over Sean's cheekbone, Sean pried his lips from their kiss to blush a soft red. Mark smiled warmly, pressing his forehead to Sean's.
Mark couldn't look away from him. The way Sean's bright blue eyes tried to avoid him, while his teeth grazed slowly over his bottom lip. The look took Mark's breath away. It was so genuine and pure. Without a single word, Mark knew that Sean loved him. He only acted like this around him and that made Mark feel so special. He was addicted to seeing the side of Sean that he tried so hard to hide. Sure, Sean was friendly and kind to everyone he met... but it was still a type of mask. Whenever he was alone with him, Sean was more vulnerable. He let his defenses fall enough to show how things affected him. His unbridled emotions coming out so loud and clear. Everyone else saw him as a fun composed man, but only he saw the timid kid that he was at heart. Mark brushed his lips over Sean's exposed cheek, puffing soft warm breath over his skin. It was always how he subtly told Sean how much he affected him whenever he acted so cute. It pulled at his heartstrings. Made him want to shelter Sean from anything that didn't make him happy.
Sean blushed a deeper red, inching away from him. Mark let him go with a warm smile. His eyes looked over Sean's lean body. He was barely breathing, but he hid it to keep Sean calm. He loved him enough that with or without sex, he was just happy to have him close. Sean cleared his throat nervously, focusing hard on unbuttoning Mark's pants. Mark stayed as still as he could, only moving to lift his hips a bit to allow Sean to pull his pants down. Sean bundled up Mark's jeans, rising up onto his knees to toss the pants into his sink. Seeing how the water streaked down Sean's abs and the way tiny bubbles tried to cling to his light chest hair had Mark's own body shaking. Quickly taking a deep breath to compose himself while Sean wasn't looking, he shifted in the water. Sean sank back into the water up to his elbows, his blush turning a darker shade. He didn't look like he knew what to do next. So, Mark raised a hand from the water to beckon him closer with a playful finger.
Sean slowly crawled through the water, taking his time. Mark stretched out his legs between Sean's knees, watching Sean stall for a bit to stare into the soapy water. Mark just wanted Sean to sit on his lap more comfortably. Sean inched up to sit on his thighs, his hands huddled between the contact of their thighs. Mark relaxed back against the tub, smirking at Sean as he breathlessly asked him. "If you're uncomfortable, you can always change your mind." Sean scoffed nervously, mumbling out softly. "I'm fine. I'm just... I'm making you work for it." Mark tilted his head back against the tub to laugh with what little breath he had. Sean's hands squeezed his thighs anxiously, causing Mark to stop. Sean was so self-conscious. Always afraid of being judged. Raising a hand to lift Sean chin, he stared into his eyes and told him in a deep husky voice. "Oh, Jack... You already do that without trying. If you could only see how I see you. You'd see that there is nothing you do that I don't love about you."
Sean rolled his eyes, mumbling out sarcastically. "Sure. Name one thing that you love about me that doesn't involve me being naked?" Mark's fingers traced over Sean's jaw lovingly, answering without a second thought. "I love when you laugh so hard that you bend over and lock your arms at your sides. I love when you get so lost in thought that you stroke your collarbone. I love when you get so excited that you bounce in place like a kid." Sean smirked, turning his head to try and hide how his confession made him feel. Mark moved his hand down Sean's arm, feeling out every curve of his soft flesh, before following his arm into the water. Sean shivered in response, still avoiding his eyes, until Mark told him seriously. "I love that when you cry... you wipe your tears away with the base of your palms and sneak off to curl up under your blanket. You try so hard to hide your pain to keep from being a burden... but I want you to burden me." Sean locked eyes with him, his eyes looking so fragile as he mumbled out very softly. "How do you know that?"
