"You guys lost her?" I froze hearing a males voice. I didn't recognize it but it implied that they were looking for me. Why was someone looking for me?
I held my chest feeling my heart thump against it.
I was anxious and I felt scared.
What was going to happen to me?

"Ugh it's fine, she can't go far. We'll just have to search the area." Just as the male announced that I heard multiple footsteps scatter.
I waited for a while before I thought it was clear. I slowly stood up and was relieved to see no one stood waiting for me.

I looked in front of me and behind. I was debating whether I had to sprint across the large field onto the other side or to run further into the forest behind me.
I eventually decided to sprint across the field and that's what I did.

I managed to get to the other side of the field without being caught by whoever was looking for me. I was about to sigh in relief until I heard some voices shouting. "She's there!" One voice shouted and a million others followed suit from behind me.

I started running again ignoring the pain flaring up in my chest and calves. "Keep going Lee!" I screamed at myself as I forced myself to run faster.

I had been running for a while, not being able to lose them. I was about to give up but then just like a miracle, I saw a populated town up ahead.

I found it weird since no towns were near grandpa Dicksons mansion but I pushed the thought away and started running faster.
I ran out from the countless trees and into the streets.

I noticed many stalls loitering in the streets so I managed to swerve to my right and hid behind one of the fruit stands.
I held my breath watching as the little green creatures came running passed and I noticed a hooded figure following behind them.

I sighed in relief letting my body relax, which made me notice the pain I was in from all the running. I stood up before feeling a light tap on my shoulder. I turned and almost jumped out of my skin.

A very tall purple....thing? Stood in front of me with its teeth bared. I slowly backed up feeling my stomach drop. Only then did I notice that most of the people walking in the street were Not human. No way were the different things walking the street human. I had only seen a few humans, freaking me out completely.

"Would you like to buy some manpopo?" I ran away once I heard English come out of the creatures mouth. I was beyond shocked at this point, it all felt like a dream.

As I ran through the street I continued noticing that when I had seen humans, they didn't look disturbed or weirded out at all.
"This must be a dream." I stopped and slightly laughed in desperation. "Yeah this must be..."

I pinched my arm and was horrified to find that I felt pain. I spun around looking at the various stalls, people, creatures and even the houses.
They did not look like anything I'd seen before.

"Where am I?"
