Hellow readers, I mean if you're still here whilst  I wasn't updating. Well surprise surprise am still alive and breathing.

Just wanted to let ya'all know that amma be updating again.😆

Oh and if you haven't noticed yet the names of the chapter is the title of the book which is 'fated' translated in different languages. I just thought it would be cooler that way.😊

To help with any confusion it might lead as to which language the names are from, I'll be writing the languages too, from now on. For instance today's chapter 'skæbne' is a Danish word for, you know, 'fated'.

Enough said now lets get down to business.

              SIARA'S  POV

Of all the terms I learned here, I have three top favorites and one of them is 'D-day'. It was at the second world war right? History has it that, So as to end the tiresome war,the Allied forces attacked the Germans. Planned as a night attack, it was named ''D-Day''. A term now used for the date that is the most important and decisive day of most days. While preparing for this decisive D-day all parts of the strategy must be perfect.

Much didn't happen those past two days and finally the big day came. The biggest day of my long life. The day when it was all going to go down. It was my very own first D-day.

The most pleasent and thrilling morning of all mornings started with me and Alec and our journey to the forest. My heart was beating like crazy. My thoughts are all over the place. I had a dark circle around my eyes caused by lack of sleep. Then again how could I have slept in a situation like that. Sleeping was the last thing on my mind, however I was not tired either, not at all there was this strange energy pumping inside me. I had gone to Gumi's last night. She didn't seem to be mad at me anymore even though she also didn't talk to me. I hadn't really tried to talk to her either. We just stood there staring at each other earnestly for what felt like an eternity and she went back inside wordlessly.

''We're almost there'' Alec said. There was some spark of excitement in his eyes guarded with a huge dark circle all around, I guess I wasn't the only one who couldn't sleep last night. With his right arm he had a bunch of candles and stuff stuffed inside some kind of silk material. With the other hand he was holding an old beat up book. I thought it'd be best to be on the safe side and pack some herbs for medication purposes if I was to be sick.

I think the flight to the almighty forest probably took us an hour or two. We don't measure time with minutes and hours there. I guess our ancestors didn't feel the urge to figure out our life span, but to make it easier for you guys to understand I'll try to be flexible. so, after the hour has slowly passed and we rached the forest's gateway it was too thick to fly through so we had to walk our way to the mid forest where the triumvirate circle awaits us.

I hadn't walked more than 10 steps before I started groaning Alec chuckled and asked if I hadn't expected this much when I read Maib's oracle and it said 'walk deep into the forest' and not fly deep in to the forest. He then told me that if am going to Athia, I better get used to walking since I can't fly there. Thats when it hit me. My life is gonna get so~ much harder but it was okay after I meet him he'll be so touched and he'll be so nice to me that all this would have been worth it. With that I got energized again and continued to chop the branches off of my way with a little more force than needed.

''Hey, Alec''

''Yeah?''

''Since Athians don't have wings and I'm not going to fly there...what's gonna happen to my wings?''

He stoped walking, looked at me, more of examining me with a bloody serious look on his face. For a moment I got nervous of hearing the words that were going to come out of his mouth.  Instead of words a smile crept on his smug face. He was playing me, and he caught me so well. He knew what was bothering me so he said, ''Don't worry  you will still have them they'll just be hidden.'' I was so relieved that I couldn't even get mad at him for playing me. I was so glad he was just playing, you know.

''You are so stupid!'' I said and
He hilariously acted as if that stang and then said, ''no siara, you're stupid. I was waiting so long for you to ask me about what happens to your wings so I could play you. I can't believe it took you this long, and am the stupid one?..'' I laughed with him because I myself couldn't believe it took me this long to think of that.

He then added the well known quote about tinso's ''sikhtina tinso muaga boh sikhti'' with a wink and that smug face from earlier. It is something my people say to praise tinsos 'you can't teach a tinso something beacuse all that there is to be taught is within him' which was also why it's assumed 2 tinsos can't exist simultaneously so every tinso basically raises themselves and its also a given that noone teaches them how to be what they are. they just have to figure it out for themselves.

We had a playful chit-chat on our way which made the journey a lot easier. As we took one more step, the forest got dark and darker. Every time I thought that must be the limit of darkness it got even darker than before. but then we got to a point where we both could only see black and couldn't see no more and then suddenly a loud bell rang.

''We're here'' said Alec.
