So basically when you have your period your lower back hurts because your hips are contracting
and spreading apart, only slightly, to make room for the release of the blood and linings of your uterus. So basically you body is going through a SMALL and MILD labor to push out the dead insides of your uterus, so basically I have gone through labor and basically I don't want children. Why aren't we taught this shit.

We all have a bag. We all pack differently. Some of us are traveling light. Some of us are secret hoarders who've never parted with a memory in our lives. I think we are all called to figure out how to carry out bag to the best of our ability, how to unpack it, and how to face the mess. I think part of growing up is learning how to sit down the floor with all your things and figure out what to take with you and what to leave behind. -Hannah B.
