In A Korean Restaurant:
Sizzle! Chatter Chatter.
Nam smiles around the table. "So, what should we get?"
Audrey glues her lips thoughtfully while scanning her menu. "What's good here?"
"Bulgogi!" Jung exclaims.
She frowns at him. "Okay, but we already knew that, you dweeb."
After a moment, the waiter shows up, wearing a red apron over his black shirt. "Are you all ready to order?" he asks affably.
Nam and Jung say in unison, "Bulgogi!"
"Whoa. Is that one order or two?"
So-Min sweeps his gaze around the table before facing the waiter. "Make it three," he says, holding up three fingers. "These goons here love it so much, I'd say they're made up of about 80% bulgogi."
"And it's all muscle," Nam states knowledgeably. "Protein!"
"Hey, should we also get some.." "SOJU!"
"Jung hyung, you're only allowed one glass."
"You don't control me!"
RM rubs his nape. "I'll pass on the soju."
"This guy's hilarious when he's drunk," says So-Min laughingly. "Remember that time you-"
"And you kissed that dog, right?" RM cuts in, his tone frank.
"Hyung! How could you bring that up?!"
"Anything else?" asks the waiter.
Audrey looks at him. "Kimchi jjigae, please?"
"Galbi too," Mason adds quickly.
After the waiter leaves, Nam leans forward, his dark eyes trained on Audrey. "So what do you do when you're not our manager, Audrey?"
"Sleep," she answers flatly.
"Ha, but really?"
"You know the drama? Based on the album Awake 15?"
"Yes! It's so good! You work on that? Let me guess.. you are a.. makeup artist? Do you touch Jan sun's face every day?" So-Min squishes his cheeks out for emphasis.
"No."
"Nam hyung, you guess."
"Ah, uh.. costume designer?"
"No."
"I'm out of guesses."
Audrey pastes a bright smile on her lips. "Actually.. I'm a writer."
"Wait-"
"You wrote-?"
"Wait, so you're actually making big money?!"
Audrey averts her gaze. "I.. I wrote Awake 15."
"ALL OF IT?" Mason exclaims, gawking at her.
"Yeah."
"Hyung, you've seen it, right? I've been telling you to."
"Binge it with me!!"
"You don't have to.."
"Are you kidding?! Awake 15 is the top-rated drama of our time! Be more proud, Audrey!"
"That's still really crazy!" Jung blurts out. "You're how old?"
