Ango's POV

I am not wicked but I’m certain my family thinks the worst of me. I didn’t have the heart to send them to prison. I only wanted to teach them a lesson by leaving them behind bars for 72hours before bailing them out. But it seems that would not be possible now with the constant disturbing cries of Dede’s baby and Jane’s infant. The noise was extremely unbearable and Linda has refused to help me keep them quite. Bella has no experience with babies either did I.

Currently, I was in Dede’s room with the baby in my arms, the stench coming from the baby’s pants was too much to bear. I was few seconds away from passing out. What has Dede been feed it? When the baby cries, the infant cries louder. It was as if they were having a crying competition. I can’t take this anymore. I gently lay the baby back on the bed and left the room. I need to find a quiet place where neither of their cries could be heard. I went downstairs to find Bella since Linda had gone out purposely to avoid hearing the cries of the children.

“Bella!” I called out with a knock on her door.

“Oga!(master)” She answered opening the door.

“I’m going to the garden to make a call go to Dede’s room and watch the children. If possible change their diapers.” I said not sparing her a second glance. 

I took out my phone when I got to the garden and called the inspector, “hello! It’s me. I need a favor, please release them.” I spoke abruptly when he answered.

“Why the sudden change of heart? I thought you said after 3days, what happen then?” he questioned.

“I know what i said but the newly born and the infant need their mothers. They have been crying non-stop since you people left. I think the baby pooed in her diapers and I think it's hungry. I don’t know how to handle them with the crying competition and all. Linda has refused to help, therefore I want them released.” I explained.

“Okay, so only Jane and Dede right?” he asked.

Is he stupid or something?

“How can you released those two and leave the rest? It won’t be fair!” I yelled over the phone with frustration.

“I want all of them released at once and one more thing, bring them home for me. I can’t come.” I spoke softly, “don’t worry I will sort you out when you come.” I added.

“Hmmm! Mr Ango, are you sure you are making the right decision? It has not even been up to 24hours since their arrest. If they are released this early, would they learn from their mistakes and won’t try any malicious act again against your fifth wife? And does your fifth wife know about this?” He bombarded me with questions.

Is this man serious right now?

What’s with all these unnecessary questions!

“Didn’t you hear a word I said? The children need their mothers, are you thinking straight? Who would breast feed them? I don’t have breast now do I?” I ask rhetorically getting angrier by the second.

“Calm down Sir, I was just as….”

“Don’t tell me to calm down! Just do what you are told and don’t ask any more unnecessary questions.” I snapped, cutting him off and hanged up.
