Shota's words repeated in Mic's head as he scouted the area. ' You are to patrol the forest outside the city. Nothing really happens out there but if it does you're going to have to stop it on your own. Make sure it doesn't come past you. We'll get there as soon as possible if needed but its a bit of a distance from our normal areas. Don't bother the animals and they won't bother you'.

The only animals he'd seen so far though were frogs, bats, bunnies and the occasional bird stirring up in the tree. The longer he was there the more relaxed he became, never letting his guard down though.

He felt relief that this may be the one thing that proves to Tigris he's not such a bad guy after all. He was never dead set on proving until he was too deep into it.

He took in the peaceful night air as he happened across a small lake.

A rustle in a bush caused him to side-eye the area. Using what he learned at U.A. he could tell it was either a person or a wildcat.

"I heard you stirring up over there. Come on out and I'll go real easy on yah." He turned around to see just what he didn't think was there. A wild cat. A mountain lion. "Oh no..." The only thing he could do was make noise and stir up something else but at least it would get the cat away from him.

Before he could even take a deep breath the cat pounced on him. It's large paws holding him down, towering over him.

"Good kitty — please don't eat me." He turned his head to the side, shutting his eyes tightly.

The cat growled at him loud enough to have him shake. It exposed its teeth and neared his throat until he opened one eye and saw her's. Tigris.

"Tigris?!" His head snapped back.

The cat became calm and moved off him then turning back into Mother Nature herself. "Did you learn your lesson?"

"My — you did this on purpose? Not cool, yo." He sat up and crossed his arms.

"You deserved it."

"For what?!"

"Interrupting my class, making a joke out of me, walking into my classroom like it's your house."

"I thought I was going to die, dude!"

"Relax, if I wanted to kill you I would have done it by now. That being —" She suddenly stopped talking.

"That being said —" He picked up for her.

"Shh."

"But you—"

"SHH!" She turned around and listened to her environment. "We've got company."

Mic readied himself, "Villains?"

"Not exactly."

Out of the woods emerged eight wolves seeming to corner them at the lake.

"Oh man, don't tell me they're with you too."

She smirked, "Wish I could say they were."

Mic readied his directional speaker but Tigris shoved him. "What are you doing, man?!"

"We can't hurt them! They're endangered."

"Can't you — talk to them? Maybe?"

"I can try.." Her body began taking shape of a wolf.

She slowly approached what seemed to be the alpha. They exchanged sniffs, and a howl or two. She then backed away not taking her eyes off them and changed back.
