It was hard driving back into the quaint town of Mystic Falls there was so many old memories in this place and even though it had been months the wounds were still open. The town hadn't appeared to have changed was the main thing I noticed once I made it to the centre of the town, but I had my hair had grown out since I had been here now sitting on my shoulders and my face had become more defined. When I looked around there was familiar faces all around, Mystic Falls was the type of town where everyone knew everyone. I didn't plan to go home just yet as long as I could avoid my sister I would so my first visit would definitely have to be to a place of comfort for me, the bar.
When I parked I made my way inside quickly some heads turned with faces full of shock, making my way to the bar I slumped down into a bar stool not paying attention to my surroundings. A bartender made his way over to me, I didn't recognise the man, but he was definitely handsome.
"Bourbon gorgeous"I said with a wink, the guy behind the bar grew a large smirk on his face.
"So your the infamous Kris Gilbert" A voice asked from behind him as the man sat down in the stool beside him. I looked over making eye contact with a pair of piecing blue eyes that sent shivers through my spine, I scanned over everything from his strong features to the leather jacket that hung loosely off his shoulders. Though the most important thing that I noticed about the guy was that he was my type. It took me a few seconds to begin to realise who exactly was in front of me and suddenly those bright blue eyes became all too familiar.
"And you're Damon Salvatore" I turned back to the bar with a smirk running a ringed finger over the rim of my glass as the vampire came to sit beside me. Briefly, I glanced over only to turn my attention back to the bartender who shot a wink my way as he passed causing me to chuckle slightly. I knew that the bartender was never going to be an option for me, the kid was probably 19 and had no business flirting with a 21 year old like myself. It was probably for the best anyways, besides I preferred my men older.
"So you know who I am, great means I don't have to introduce myself" Damon replied tapping the bar to order a bourbon just like myself. "The question is how do you know?" He inquired there was a hint of confusion in his eyes as he looked over the glass at me.
"Wouldn't you like to know?" I whispered into his ear with a teasing tone, I downed my drink before lifting myself up of the stool. "Thank you for the drink, darling." I said to the bartender patting his cheek as I began to walk away with a smile on my face. The air outside the bar was clammy making the hair stick to the back of my neck, though I didn't have too much time to think as I was shoved up against the brick wall just behind me. "Can I help you Mr Salvatore?" I asked innocently batting my eyelashes.
"Oh there's a lot of things that you could do for me" He moved one hand of the wall and placing it on my side and gently rubbing my hip. "Especially in my bed" He whispered into my ear making me bite my lip, eyes casting down to the floor the cogs turning in my head as I began to formulate a plan.
"You think I'm that easy?" I whispered into his ear before pushing him away with a fake shocked expression. "You may be gorgeous Damon but you need to work for it." The vampire looked a bit surprised by the words though that didn't seem to deter him.
"Fine," Damon tucked his hands in his pockets glancing around at the near empty streets. "How about I make a start then?" He held out an arm to me which I gladly took allowing myself to be lead away from the bar, a hand slipped into my pockets taking out the car keys. Damon opened my car door for me guiding me with a hand on the small of my back to sit in the passenger side, as soon as the door closed he sped around to the other side hoping in.
"How am I doing so far?" Damon asked as they pulled out glancing over at me, I just hummed in response looking out the window. Finally, I'd get to see the famous Salvatore boarding house Katherine remembered every detail of that place even though it had been centuries. The place truly was beautiful. "Great." I told him shooting a smirk over my shoulder, I ran a hand over the back of the leather sofa. "Now be a good boy and get me a bourbon." I told him, smiling at the tense smile that spread across his face even as he wandered over to me.
"You're pushing it." Damon said, despite the amusement that flashed in his eyes. "Oh you bet." I purred out taking the glass from him and downing it.
"Now give me a tour."
