A/N: Hey... I know that it's been long. like 6 months? Well i couldn't get my wheels turning but fotunately it decided to turn.... XD. Anyway.... this chapter is quite long. And enjoy...!

Brad’s Pov

Darn! That girl disappeared just when I got her. How was it possible? I know! Could it be that magic woman who helped her and deceived me by healing me? Maybe… No… no… No one would dare ever dare to do it.

“Brad, Brad! Stop worrying! You saw how she couldn’t control it!” Ryder said. “Ugh… Ryder! Just because she couldn’t control it, doesn’t mean she will never be able to control it!” I shouted. Rage, black as sin and red as blood shook within me, waiting for the right time to flow out like steaming lava. “She’s powerful! You and I saw how good she is and how much better she can be! Even I took the impact of it! Ryder, open your eyes and see the wind! We are going against something much bigger than an army with 10000 men.” The rage was starting to simmer within me even by saying that.

“ But Brad, think about it. Are you scared of a mere child? Is that it? Aren’t you stronger? Aren’t you better?” He smoothly answered me as if he was speaking to the flowers. Yes, flowers. It’s part of his specialty. I growled at him. “No, you don’t get it. You never will. You are just some old dude waiting to die Ryder.” I sneered at him, knowing that I had struck a nerve within him. “Well, Brad, you and I also know that you will never win this war unless…” His words floated around me. “Wait! What do you mean?” I asked him. Curiosity was bubbling. But he just laughed and left me with his warm presence.

Is he right? Wait… what am I thinking about? Of course he’s not right. He’s just trying to bring you down Brad. All he said was just crap and I will win. I will make sure of that. Watch out dear sister… because your death awaits you.

Georgia’s Pov

“Child, child. Wake up.” A sweet lullaby sang through my ears. The voice tingled my soul, awakening me. Slowly, I groaned and pried my eyes open. My vision slowly darkened and my senses came alive. Where am I?

Suddenly a gush of wind rushed through and I was no longer touching the ground and I started to spin out of control and as dizziness overtook me, I shut my eyes and let myself float away. “Child, open your eyes.” A sweet voice whispered. I took a peep and opened my eyes. “Hallo, child” A gasp bypassed my lips as I finally saw the face and body to the sugary voice. “Mother! What are you doing here? Where am I?” A thousand thoughts were flowing in my head like a river.

“Gia, listen carefully for this will be the first and last time you will ever see me here. Gia, save your child for she will by the glory of the kingdom. No matter what you will have to sacrifice, do it to save her. I give you my blessings and know that I will always love you.” And with that her light was gone. Without me knowing, a tear betrayed me and cascaded down my face as I plunged into darkness.

My eyes stared into space as I thought of what happened. It was so surreal. Could I have been hallucinating? Slowly a plan crept into my mind and my light bulb went off. “Oh Georgia! I’m here!” This is my chance. No turning back. It’s now or never. “Yes my darling Brad, what have I done to deserve your lovely presence?” I said with my best sugar coated voice.

“Well it’s too bad I ain’t Brad, Georgia. Hello my dear… glad to see me, Ryder? It’s been long.” He drawled lazily as he stepped into the dim lit room. My eyes widen with shock as my mind flashed back to what happened. It’s been too long. My heart clenched at the sight of him. But I’m not going to show my weakness. Not here and not ever. “What are you doing here, Ryder?” I answered in defiance. “Shouldn’t you be jumping up and down, squealing in joy at the sight of wonderful me?” he answered as his meddling hands touched everything and anything around in the room. Of course I knew what he was doing. He’s a mind twister and a memory gatherer. A very dangerous one at it too.

I snorted and gritted m teeth as I answered. “Get to the point Ryder.” He paused for a moment and said. “Fine, fine… I’ve decided that you’re an asset and am here to be your knight in shining armor.” Narrowing my eyes, I asked him with the deadly intend in my voice. “What’s your price?” He smirked and his eyes glinted. I didn’t like that glint in his eyes. I knew it would be stupid to trust him but he may be my ticket out of this place and save her.

“My, my. How could you think of me in that way? Well… you give me your powers in exchange of your freedom. I’m amazed that you hadn’t tried to use them.” I stared at him like he was stupid. I knew deep within that his price is not just the powers. It’s something more but like I said… he’s my free pass. “I can’t, dumbo. I’m injected but fine. I agree.” I huffed much to my dislike. His smile grew broader. “Great! Well Georgie… get ready for the ride of your life!” And at the very moment I regretted my decision.

George’s Pov

A shrill ring drilled into my brain making me jump out of bed, only to realize that it was my phone ringing. I fumbled around my bag and picked up my phone and immediately my heart froze. Brad. My hand shook with fear as I took a deep breath to build up the courage to answer the phone. Here goes nothing. I answered the phone with my brightest voice and just when I did that, I regretted I right away. My ear was inches away from being blown off completely. “Geaorge! Where are you? Come back here at once!” he shouted. I winced and anwered “Sorry sir. But I can’t go back yet. Remember that mission you gave me? Well, it has some complications.”

“Do you think I care? Drop it and come now!” he roared. And the other side of the phone clicked. Great. Everything is going downhill and I can’t do anything about it. Unless… maybe I could… “George, go. Don’t worry. Just go back to him. I’ll be fine.” A whisper carried across the room. I was startled to say the least. How did she know? My mind was racing with so many questions that I got a splitting headache. “I can read minds George. It’s one of my abilities.” She answered me. My mouth just fell agape but no words could come forth. Everything I tried to say ended up getting balled up at my throat. When I finally came to my senses, all I could do was to go towards her and hug her as my eyes glistened with tears.

“George listen, dig deep. Transport yourself over there. Go! Now! Please. They’re coming.” She said calmly but I could still hear the urgency in her voice. She pushed me away and suddenly a big white blur started to blanket me. And just before I was swallowed by it, I saw the door of the hotel room being burst open and a loud sound ripped through the room just before Kate collapsed to the ground and the source of life evaded her. This time, I’m alone. Forever.
