mackenzie's pov-

Once the plane landed I checked into a cheap hotel for a week. The next morning i got up and did the usual. I grabbed my laptop and searched up some schools that are nearby. I found the school that looked and sounded the best. It was east la high. My first day will be in two days, so I'll have to go shopping for clothes and for supplies. I went to the hotel lobby for breakfast.

I got to make my own waffles and have some orange juice. After I was done I went back to my hotel room grabbed my phone and key's and drove to the nearest shopping mall. I got some new clothes and some school supplies.

Lauren's pov-

I'm still upset about the whole mackenzie situation. I still have to go to school but I'm going in late.  I got dressed and did my hair. I was wearing a black T-shirt and some grey sweatpants. I put my hair up into a messy high ponytail. I walked downstairs and there was the johnny. I grabbed a orange and left. When I got to school it was forth period so I have chemistry.

It was boring until we got to do the experiment. I didn't really pay attention until I got called down to the principal's office. It was nothing really important, I don't care. As I was walking back to class I saw hayden put johnny up against a locker.

hayden: "johnny where is she?!"

johnny: "i don't know, she's not my problem anymore".

hayden: "it's your fault that no one can find her!"

johnny: "no it's not hayden!"

Hayden put johnny down and stepped back. He was about to punch johnny as hard as he can until I ran in front of johnny.

Hayden punched me and I hit my head on a locker then the floor. Everything went black.

johnny's pov-

Lauren did this for me.

johnny: "hayden go to fucking hell".

hayden: "wow".

johnny: "get the fuck away before I kill you".

hayden: "okay chill orlando".

hayden ran away like a cat. I picked lauren up and carried her to my car. I drove to the hospital. They put her in a room and some doctor was checking her.  After they were done I walked in and sat in a chair next to the hospital bed. I moved the chair closer and grabbed Lauren's hand.

johnny: "I'm not going to let you go lauren. Ever".

mackenzie's pov-

I wonder how lauren is doing. I'm not going contact her. I'm here to start a new life style. Without any of my old friends. Tomorrow is my first day at the new school. I'm nervous and excited.

next morning-

I woke up and got dressed.  I grabbed a apple and drove to the school. I walked in and this girl came over to me.

loren: "hi there, you must be new"

mackenzie: "yeah...my name is mackenzie, you can call me kenzie or kenz for short".

Loren: "hi kenzie, I'm loren. Let me show you around".

My first day was going pretty good loren and I became really good friends quickly. At lunch she let me sit with her and other people. I sat with loren, mark, Peyton list, and danielle. They are pretty cool.

loren: "kenzie want to come to my house tonight?"

mackenzie: "heck yeah".

johnny's pov-

I was still in the hospital with lauren. Then I saw her eyes open.

johnny: "LAUREN".

lauren: "hey johnny".

johnny: "I'm sorry about what I said to mackenzie".

lauren: "who's mackenzie".
