The passed by like a blur and before I knew it, it was lunchtime. Owen and I walked to the cafeteria along with the other kids that had this lunch period and just like the rest of the school, it was quite a beautiful and spacious sight. We all walked to different lines that all served completely different foods. I got a chicken salad with strawberry shortcake and ranch and milk and waited for Owen, who went to another line.

After she got her food, we searched for a place to sit. Jeez, seemed like this school also had social status groups too. There were regular school social groups as you know, but there was another one. They called it, The Freaks Table and there were quite a few, maybe about 6 people there and I spotted a table that had only one person sitting there. I heard around that this was The Unknown Table...meaning they don't know anything about the people (or person, considering there was only one there) sitting at that table.

In this school, the so-called leaders of the table/group claim you and you then belong in that group until you get out of this school or you drop out either one. I guess the Unknown Table didn't have that many people, but I think she's the leader of that table. We both walked over and sat down. The girl looked up briefly. She had red eyes and long white hair and pale skin. Dressed in a black buttoned vest, white shirt underneath and a black skirt. She had a red book with gold embroidery on it and it was open. She didn't even bother to get lunch.

"Um..hi," Owen said. "...Hi." The girl said slowly. "I'm Owen Legend and my friend here, is Reisen." Owen said with a nervous smile. "Luna White." The girl said in a slow, clear tone. "Why have you come to this..table." She asked us, putting her book down. "Well...you looked lonely." Owen, the master of very very short sentences. Who knew? "...Well, I'm not...lonely. I just keep to myself," She paused, "Do you know...what table you both are sitting at?" Owen and I glanced at each other, "Uh..the Unknown Table?" Luna nodded, "Correct and you know what that means?" Owen and I shook our heads. "I claimed you both," Luna answered. Owen looked at me, then at her, "Ohhh. I get it."

After lunch, we all walked to our next period, but a hand touched my shoulder.  I stopped with Owen, who also stopped. "If you could, would you both see me after school. Outside, maybe behind the school?" It was Luna. Owen and I looked at each other, "yeah, sure. Why?" I said, confused. " I have a...gift for both of you," Luna said. "Sure, we'll meet you there." Luna gave a small smile, "Thank you." Then before we can say, "Bye", she disappeared. Like, Now you see me, Now you don't.
