A week passed by at school and I was sort of glued to my chair for the weekend. Guitar in hand, Webcam on and audacity recording everything I would say. I took a deep breath and decided to play a song I've been working on for my 1 Mil special. It was called 'Let the Ashes Burn'. I know, edgy title, but that's what my mind came up at 3:40. I sighed closed my eyes and imagined myself on a virtual stage, surrounded by all of my subscribers, hearing them cheer and clap as I begin my song. It seemed and felt so real too.

I opened my eyes to see me there, on that stage, surrounded by subscribers and new people. My guitar in hand. Except, it wasn't me. I wasn't Reisen. I was FireCrystal-Chan. My icon was a 14 year old girl with long red hair, glowing red eyes, fair skin with 2 rubies on my hands and 2 huge fire wings, dressed in a  red/white short dress and white flats.

"I would like to thank you, each and every one of you precious Fire Gems for subscribing to my channel! And if you're new, go ahead and burn that subscribe button and become part of the Fire Gems!" I gave a smile. "Anyway, I'm your hostess, FireCrystal-chan and for this video, I'll be playing a song I've been working on, 'Let the Ashes Burn'. Thank you again, my precious Gems!" I gave a strike on my guitar and it wavered around in the crowd, making them cheer louder. I beamed happily and started my song.

"So let the ashes burn," I said, striking the last note. The crowd went wild, throwing flaming roses onto the stage. I bowed and caught a bouquet of flame roses, "Thank you all! I love you all, Fire Gems! Be sure to leave a like on this video and I'll see you next time!" I waved and bowed before disappearing.

I opened my eyes again to see I was actually my icon, irl..not virtual. "What the-." I looked at myself after I turned the webcam and audacity off. I took off my guitar and twirled around, the dress waving around me gently. My fire wings were idle and closed. "What type of sorcery is this?" I asked myself then looked at my necklace that was still on my neck, "Oh right...my sorcery." I closed my eyes and willed my icon to go back and opened them again to see I was back in my clothes. "At least it's sort of easy like this." I sighed and sat on my bed, tuning my guitar. To be honest, becoming my internet icon irl is actually...really really cool.
