Owen muttered angrily under her breath and her katana glowed red. Harvey only chuckled and spun his spear, "Oh dear...you're angry aren't you?" Owen cried out angrily, racing to him in an impaling state. Harvey parried it and kicked her in her stomach, sending her back. He looked at me and smiled slightly, his eyes still blazing gold, "Stay here." He then took off in lightspeed and I saw them both glowing, slicing and fighting each other. Blood spewed everywhere and I covered my mouth, shocked. People watched, also shocked and recording it. All the while, I heard laughter coming from Harvey and him making light conversation with Owen, who was clearly getting hurt and screaming out in both anger and pain. Though she was also doing a good number on Harvey, but he seemed to heal every time.
After a while, the screams died down and so did the laughter. Harvey walked back towards me, splattered with blood. As soon as he got to me, his spear disappeared and he picked me up and ran off in lightspeed. I clung to his bloodied sweater for dear life and then he stopped. We were...in a backyard? He sat me down on the manicured grass and sighed, taking off his sweater, showing a black shirt with a white music note on it.
I stared at him and grabbed his glasses, pulling them off his face and wiped the blood off with his sweater before asking, "Harvey...what are you?" Harvey looked at me, his eyes back to normal and sighed, "I honestly don't know...but I do study alchemy...so I guess an Alchemist? I just don't know what I am." He said sincerely. " Did I scare you?" I nodded. He hugged me, "I'm so so sorry! I didn't mean it! I was only trying to protect you! I went too far...I know." I hugged back slowly, "I-It's ok...do you know why Owen attacked me?" "...No..." He sighed as he pulled away.
"Oh." I sighed also. "I'll go change. You can come in if you want." He smiled slightly before taking his sweater. "Sure." I nodded. He helped me up and we went into the house. It was normal and looked cozy. "My parents are away at work for a while...so...make yourself at home." He smiled, "Or you can come up to my room if you want." He teased. I blushed slightly and smiled, "I'll stay down here. "Oke Dokey." He chuckled and walked upstairs and I heard a door open and close. Being nosy, I decided to look around. There was a picture of him and his family on the wall, a neat stack of 'YOUR HOME' magazines on the coffee table and a comfy looking leather sofa. I noticed on the kitchen counter was a book with an alchemist cycle on its cover leather cover.
I picked it up and looked in its front. "Dedicated to my Nephew." I read aloud and thought that maybe this book was Harvey's. I went upstairs and called, "Harvey!" "IN HERE!" He answered from the 3rd door. I knocked and walked in, "Hey Har-" I stopped when I spotted him.
He turned slightly, "Hm? What is it?" I began blushing. Ok! Who knew Harvey had abs?! On his back was the same alchemist cycle that was on the cover. "I-I'll wait." I tried backing away but bumped into him. I turned and stared at him, he was smiling slightly, "What was it that you wanted, Rei?" "I-I..." I pushed him slightly, "Put on a shirt, Harvey!" I blushed and rushed away, flustered. He laughed, "Alright Alright." I still couldn't get over him and his abs.....what is wrong with me?
