Chapter 20:Remembering

Lilian just changed Stone's diaper and she thought about how life turned out for her. Having twins at sixteen and supernatural ones at that. She also thought about what she was supposed to tell Damon what she found in the book. She actually found out a couple things. She found out she had mates,she could get pregnant by them,and her and her kids lives would never be safe.

Lilian figured when they said mates they meant she had one but if that one died she had someone else out there. Never in a million years would she guess her mates were Damon Salvatore and Niklaus Mikaelson.

When she first met Damon she felt something for him and always liked him as more then a friend,but Klaus she- Lilian sighed cause she didn't know how to answer that. Klaus was attractive and they were close and the same in a way. She also knew that part of her liked Klaus but she pushed it down cause she thought Damon was her mate.

Then she got a dream from her psychic Aunt Claudine. She told her the mates she was assigned names. When she heard Damon's name she blushed but when she heard Klaus' name she almost woke up.

Lilian looked at Klaus outside her hospital room window and watched how animated he looked talking on the phone. She smiled softly and watched as he hung up and started walking back into the building. She quickly walked away from the window and looked at her babies. Her babies. That sounded weird and shocking.

"My babies" She whispered stroking both of their cheeks. They were sleep but looked so adorable.

"Your babies came out very cute,especially with a father like theirs" Klaus said which caused her to laugh at him insulting Damon.

"You haven't even had a proper conversation with him. Trust me,he's a cool guy once you know him" Lilian sat down on the hospital bed.

"I guess I'll see once we get to Mystic Falls. How is your family doing?"

"Yeah I talked to Caroline for two days now and she can't wait for me to come back to town. I told her that we have to make a lot of stops,me being 'pregnant' and all. She believed it and I talked to Damon and he mainly talked about missing me and stuff"

"Ah" He tried hiding his jealousy but failed. "What about Stefan,is he back to his ripper days?" Lilian shook her head.

"My sister got him in control with human blood. Now he can drink blood bags and do the 'snatch,eat,erase' method"

"That's shocking cause for a vampire let's say,he didn't have a strong stomach" Klaus joked. Lilian rolled her eyes amused.

"I'm glad you didn't meet with Rebekah in Mystic Falls yet"

"I wouldn't leave you Lilian. I would never leave you" his words had a double meaning and Lilian knew what he meant. "I said I wasn't going too and I tend to keep that promise"

"Don't tell me this is a 'Always and Forever' moment" Lilian said sarcastically. Klaus rolled his eyes at her ruining the moment and walked towards Spencer. Both her children was beautiful. It made Klaus jealous cause he wanted to have a kid with someone he loved.

"Are you happy your getting released in about an hour or so?" He changed the subject. Lilian smiled.

"Yeah I am"

"I made sure that on our way to Mystic Falls we had a way to travel without making so much stops and whatnot"

"What did you do? Did you steal a bunch of essentials and took a minivan?" His mouth twitched.

"You'll see soon love"

Remembering something she looked at him. "Who were you talking on the phone with?"
