Chapter 37

POV: MAX

(An hour before)

I waited impatiently inside the church greeting the guest. I look at my watch and see it was just about 30 minutes before the wedding, the church was getting already full with all the guest we had invited. I see Lexi arrive with her bf and I head to their direction. Is Emory here? I say heading closer to them. "No not yet, but I bet the limo will be here soon they where behind us", Lexi said. What limo??, I ask with confusion. The one you ordered, It was a good last minute surprise you did", she said smiling. Lexi I didn't order a limousine, I thought she was going to ride with you two, that was the plan, I said starting to get paranoid. "Oh sh*t if you didn't order that limousine then who did", she said starting to panic. I don't know but Im going to go call her, I said heading outside the church. Her phone starts to ring which was a good thing but then I see Lexi come outside, "Um Max I got Emorys phone", she said showing me her phone with an upset face. GREAT JUST GREAT MY FIANCEE IS MISSING ON OUR WEDDING DAY AND WITH NO PHONE! "Max calm down, maybe her parents got her that limousine and we are just right now thinking the worst, lets wait a bit maybe she actually shows up", she said trying to calm me down. Okay okay, fine but we only got 20 minutes till the ceremony after that I'm going to tell the guests...

20 minutes later...

Okay Lexi shes not here yet I'm going to go ask her parent's and if they don't know where she is I'm cancelling the wedding, I said getting angry. "Calm down, and I guess we'll have to since shes not here", she said looking worried.
I walk towards her parents and explain the situation they apparently don't know where she is either, at that same time Lexi was explaining the guest that we had a bit of an issue and have to postpone the wedding.
I get a call and answer thinking it was Emory
Unknown: Woaw you had one job, to get married it was the simplest job ever. And you couldn't even do that
Max: Shut up, I didn't know this was going to happend
Unknown: Ofcourse you didn't because your an idiot
Max: Don't worry, I will make her my wife I promise you that, I won't let her go back to him
Unknown: You better because I don't want to be scared of loosing what is mine now.
Max: We'll both get what we want you'll see.
I end the call and head to my car so I can try finding Emory, I had told Lexi to call me if she knew anything about her. It was just time to wait and see what happens...

POV: EMORY JOHNSON

(Back to real time)

I still can't believe it, how could he have done that to me, after everything, after all the things he's put me thru now this too. "I know Em, I'm really sorry, Jack said. I sit  down on the sofa and just start to cry. I felt like everything was a lie, I didn't know since when hes been doing that. Jack comes and sits next to me and starts to rub my back while I cried. I turn around and hug him so tight. I didn't want to let go, but I needed to find out who that girl was, I couldn't let Max ruin my happiness again. Jack can I see those pictures again?, I ask him while letting go of that tight hug and cleaning my tears away. "Yea sure, but why?", he said. I wanna find out who that girl is, I said looking thru the pics. "Ohh okay, do you want something from the kitchen detective Emory?" he said standing up. Hahah very funny, and a water will be fine, I said smiling  "okie dokie", he said leaving. I look carefully at the pictures one by one and start to write down the characteristics
• drity blond long hair
• about 5'6 looking at Max's height vs hers
• skinny but curvy
• tattoo in left shoulder
I start scrolling thru pics and then pictures of Jack and Isabella pop up. I go back to the other ones and then go back to the one w Isabella and notice her tattoo in her sholder.  I go back and forth and see if they match and what I can see they do. But Isabella has light brown hair, but the tattoos match, I thought. Then I remembered what Lexi had said something about Jack's baby when she was born but what was it. I started to think back to that day she was texting me about it. She had said that his baby, that his baby had blue eyes almost like Max's but she had said her dad had blue eyes but who knows that might of been a lie, I thought. Should I tell Jack about my suspicions or keep them to me, I started to panic when I see him coming. "Sorry I took a bit long with your water", he said giving it to me. Its okay, Jack I got something, I might know who that girl is, I tell him while he sits down next to me. "Really detective Emroy", he said. Jack im being foreals here, this might not just affect me it might affect you too, I said. "Why me too?", he said looking confused. I think that girl is Isabella, I saw a picture of you two and saw her tattoo, that girl with Max has that same tattoo, I said looking down. "What!, noo", he said grabbing the phone and looking at the pictures. You can tell in his face he slowly realizes that it might be true. "Butt how", he said looking at me. I dont know thats what we are going to find out when we go back and confront them. "Oh okay, I'm going to get some air", he said standing up and going to the backyard. After a few minutes I go and follow him,  he was sitting down at the grass just looking up at the sky. I sit down next to him and just look at him. "You know this would have never happend if I would of confessed earlier my feelings to you, or If I would of fighted for you insted of giving up when you went back to him", he said while looking back at me. I know, probably everything would of been different, I said looking at him. "You know I still love you, I never have stopped loving you, even with everything we been thru, I tried forgetting you with Isabella but that didn't work, it's always been you the one I love", he said grabbing my hand. Jack... I try to speak but he cuts me off and kisses me I kiss him back. The kiss feels so passionate that it starts to become more. He moves closer to me making me lay on the grass. He is on top of me kissing my neck then lips then neck again making me go crazy. "I f*cken love you Emory", he pauses and looks at me. I love you too, I say trying to catch my breath. He stands up and carries me inside and...
