Chapter 39

POV: EMORY JOHNSON

I walked outside and see Jack sitting down, I headed towards him and sit next to him. Are you okay?, I asked concerned. "Not really but I will be", he said not looking up. Lets go home, we both need to rest, I said standing up and giving him a hand. He looks up at me with tears in his eyes. I've never seen him cry which made me want to cry too, he stands up and I grab his face to wipe his tears off. Jack I started but he cut me off by giving me a hug, a really big hug. "I can't believe it, I.. I gave up on you because of Isabellas confession, If I would of known the baby wasn't mine I would of fought for you and maybe something els would of happend.." he said while hugging me tightly. I know, I know but it happend and there's nothing we can do, I said hugging him. Let's go home, I said pulling back from the hug. "Okay", he said. We head to the car we both get in, I start to drive and head home. I turn to see how Jack is holding up and see him still crying. I felt devastated too but I felt like Jack was taking it harder since he just found out about the baby, I thought. We arrive back home and I see Lexi and Johnson in the living room. Lexi stands up and heads towards to hug me and I give in and cry. I notice Jack head upstairs and I let go of Lexi. Johnson could you go check up on Jack, I don't think he should be alone at this time. "Sure Em, I'm so confused on whats going on but ill go", he said giving me a smile. "So whats wrong tell me", Lexi said sitting me down. I start telling her what had happend and she was shooked too. "I can't believe I trusted that son of a b**ch, I thought he had changed since you would talk good about him. I should of gone with my gut and told you to stay away", she said. Its okay I guess I needed to find that out for myself, I said giving her a hug.

POV: JACK GILINKSY

"Damn man I still can't belive what you just told me", Johnson said. I know its so unbelievable, I said. I hear my phone start ringing and I start looking for it, when I pick it up I see an unknown number which that was weird. "Your not gonna answer?",Johnson said. Nah I'll just let it ring out, I said ignoring the call. After it stoped ringing it starts to ring again, with the same unknown number, I puzzle in confusion. "Maybe just answer it", Johnson said looking concerned. Okay I pick up the call and wait for a response.
Unknown #: Finally you pick up!
Jack: Who is this?
Unknown #: Woaw you don't recognize me by my voice woaw Gilinsky you really are stupid.
Jack: What the fuck do you want Max!
Unknown #: Woaw bravo, well now that you ask I want you to meet me, I know you didn't get to express all your feelings in the hospital, and I didnt get to express them either because of Emory. So if you want to settle this meet me in the address I sent chu, and don't dare tell a word to no one.
And he ends the call..
I stare at the wall with anger in my eyes, I look at the adress he sent me it was in the middle of no where like 30 to 40 minutes away. "What what did he say??", Johnson asked confused. He told me not to tell anyone but I'm going to go meet him at this address (shows him) to settle things between us. "Andd your planning to go!?!", Johnson said raising an eyebrow, confused. Yes, I plan to give him a piece of my mind since I had to be the bigger person at the hospital. "Don't you think Emory is going to be disappointed at you if you go", he said. Well he told me not to tell anyone so, I'm not even supposed to tell you but I am because your my friend and I know you won't tell Emory. "Well I can't promise you anything, you know Max can be dangerous", he said. I'll be fine, ill be back in a while okay, I said and left. While heading down stairs I see Emory and Lexi sitting down at the sofas. I tried my best to not interact but I hear.. "Where are you going?" I look behind and see Emory looking confused. Um ahhh I hate lying to her, I hate it but I need this for me for my satisfaction. Um I just need some air, Ill be back don't worry, I said standing at the door and slowly closing it. I run to the car and start heading to the direction Max had sent me...

POV: EMORY JOHNSON

I sensed something weird going on with Jack when he walked out the door. I looked around in confusion and then realized that maybe Johnson knew what was going on. I head upstairs and knock on Johnsons door. "Im glad you decided not to go, I knew it was a bad idea", he said as he opened the door. What do you mean? I said looking at him with a confused look. "Oh sh*t, nothing", he said. You thought I was Jack didn't you, where is he going that you think was such a bad idea, I said raising and eyebrow and crossing my arms. "Um, agh, um I don't know", he said. I kept staring at him with a disbelieve in my face knowing he knew something. "Ugh fine I can't lie, he went to meet up with Max to settle things but Max told him not to tell anyone but he told me and now I've told you, happy", he blur out. WHAT! You let him go alone! Why didn't you atleast go with him! "Um I don't know I didn't think okay sorry", he said panicking. We need to go after him we don't know what they might get themselves into, I said and walk out of the room. Johnson soon follows me and gets in the car. "I got Gilinskys location since he told me where they were gonna meet at", he said plugging it in the GPS. I started to quickly drive to the spot, almost speeding the whole way there.

POV: JACK GILINSKY

I got to the place Max had told me to meet him, there was a lot of trees and tall grass. We were in the middle of a forest, I tried calling him but I had no signal. Out of no where I hear foot steps from afar and see a black figure. "Well well well, look who decided to show up, I thought for a second you wouldn't come", he said moving closer. Well you were wrong, I said moving closer too. "Well I got to say I am such a genius by getting Isabella to seduce you and you stupidly falling for it. Me having Emory back and for good but you just had to get in my way of all of it. It was all going so well until you had to come and ruin it. But its alright I'll get what I want", he said smirking. Your wrong in that, because now we all know what kind of sh*t you are. "Well I've gotten her back every time you f*ck it up so I guess even she can't stay away from me", he said. At that time I couldn't take my anger any longer and I launch at him throwing him to the ground. He throws punches at me which some I could block but some just hit me. We start to roll down a hill and just keep punching each other. We both try to get up as soon as we get to the bottom and separate to catch our breaths. "I should of done this a long time ago Gilinsky, I should of done this when I saw that you were a threat to me and Emory", he said pulling a gun and pointing it right at me. I start to make a run for it, and I hear him chasing me down. I soon after see Emory running towards me I try my best to make her go the other way but she keep coming towards me. I try losing  Max but now I have Emory getting closer. I hear the gun go off, and I gasp in shock realizing slowly that I didn't get hit. I turn to see Emory hit the floor and then see Max. "NOO this can't be happening", he said grabbing his head and shaking it, he slowly walked away and then fully started to run. I wanted to go grab him to make him pay, but Emory was more important at this moment. I kneel down next to her starting to cry I quickly get my phone out and start to call an ambulance but it won't go thru. Em please hold on, don't leave me I love you too much to loose you, I said grabbing her hand...
