Chapter 5: "Pills" 💊🔫🕳

Colby's pov
I was sitting on my bed waiting for Natalie to get out of the bathroom. I sat on my bed scrolling through Instagram. I suddenly heard the door open. I looked over the my door to see Sam walk. "Hey bro can we talk?" Sam said sounding disappointed. "Sure" I said confused to why he sounded like that! Sam sat down on the other end of my bed. "So you know how you dad has been sick?" He said trying to hide trears. "Yes why what happened?" I asked worried. Suddenly Natalie walked in the room and sat down on the floor by the wall listening to the convention. "Natalie can we talk privately?" Sam said to her. "Sure" Natalie said and left the room. "So you dad last night died in his sleep." Sam said as a tear rolled down his face. "No you joking right!!" I said so worried and sad. Sam nodded 'No'. My eyes widened. I grabbed my keys and ran downstairs with full speed. I opened the front door and ran. I ran past the house and just ran. I ran and ran for what felt like hours. I ran to some random guy that was there. "Do you have any?" I asked worried. "Yea it's 30 dollars" The man said. I handed him the money and he gave me the pills. I grabbed them and ran down to a bridge. I didn't want to live anymore. I felt done with my life. I quickly walked to the edge and open the pills. I dumped ALL of them in my hands and put them ALL in my mouth. I forced them down my throat with no water. It hurt like hell but honestly everything hurt at this point. I sat down on the edge waiting for it to hit me. I suddenly started getting super hot. I took my shirt off throwing it in the water. I felt my body slowly shake. I wiped the sweat off my face. I started feeling sharp pain in my stomach. I started yelling in pain. "AHHHHHHH" I yelled with all my guts. My body started to shake crazy as I fell back on the floor. I started to foam from the mouth. I spit it out waiting to die. I was shaking as if I was having a seizure. I suddenly lost control and fell back into darkness not being able to see.
Natalie's pov
I saw Colby zoom out his room with anger. "Colby?" I said as I walked to follow him. I watched as he got out of the house and just ran. I chased after him. He was too fast so I was far behind. I stopped when he stopped at a man and got pills from him. I watch him run again. I chased after him. I watched him sit at the edge of the bridge and pop the pills. I ran up to him but I was too slow. He blacked out and fell backwards. I ran up to him and picked up his head laying it on my laps. "DON'T YOU DIE ON MY" I yelled as I started doing CPR. I put 2 fingers in his mouth so he would puke up the pills. I puked them all up but he was still out. I had a where bottle in my hand. I began to cry thinking I was gonna lose him. I poured the water on his face. His eyes shot open blood red. "COLBY!" I hugged higm so tight. I never wanted to let go. "What happened?" He asked confused. I quickly wiped my tears away and began to stand him up. "Let's go home" I said. "Okay" He said as he stood up. I pulled one of his arms over my shoulder to help him walk back to the house. We finally reached the house and I sat him down on the couch. I walked to the kitchen to get him water. Suddenly I heard a gross noise. I walked to Colby just to see that he puked all over the floor. There was still pills in his system and he just puked it up. I sighed. "What happened" Said Corey walking downstairs. "Oh bro are you okay?" Corey said as he rushed over to Colby. "He tried to take pills" I said disappointed. "Damn" Corey said shaking his head. I grabbed water and handed it to Corey to give to Colby while I cleaned the puke. Corey gave Colby the water and then took him to his room to rest.
