S: yup.. we broke up
I: can you tell us why and how you felt about the break up ?
S: when we broke up... I couldnt slept for many days.. We dated to 5 years and i thought that everything was fine.. When i found out i have cancer.. I broke up with her because i didnt want to know that i will be leaving soon.. I also didnt want her to be infected.. I love her so much till now that i dream about her everyday... I miss her..
You were shocked when he said cancer. You took your keys and drove to Seungwoo's house. You reached there and knocked the door. His sister, Seunghwa opened the door but she was crying.

You rode the car with their help holding you to stand up. You felt weak. You guys arrived the cementery and went to Seungwoo's grave.
Sungwoon gave you the letter. "Can you leave me alone for awhile?" You asked Sungwoon and Seunghwa. They left the area and you started to read the letter.
" Hi Y/N! How are you feeling? I will probably not be with you anymore when you read this letter... Im sorry i didnt tell you earlier, Im sorry we broke up without me telling you the reason. I love you and once im not in the world, you have to be brave and i hope that you will still be the Y/N that used to be around me... Im really sorry that i wont be there to protect you, to hug you, to support you, to comfort you and to be around you. I still remember the first time we met. I ordered a drink from you and you were stuttering to talk to me , I kept buying drinks from you everyday at the cafe when one day i confessed to you and you went around the cafe screaming. I wish that we could turn back time to those days... Im sorry that i didnt said goodbye properly...Im sorry if i didnt please you well, treat you well or made you angry at me. I miss all our dates and quarells.. I think about those memories all day at the hospital.. I couldnt stop thinking about you... I think its time for me to go...Im sorry once again...
