Third Person POV

Jimin started to panick on the inside as soon as he heard the question slip out from his brother's mouth.

a sweat was rolling its way down beside Jimin's cheek and Kaejun saw this, so he turned the air conditioner on.

"you should really use this thing more often, it's burning hot, it's summer afterall."

"haha, yeah totally!" Jimin nervously laughed and scratched the back of his neck while secretly hoping that his brother had completely forgot about his own question even though only 10 or 20 seconds has passed.

"so back to the question."

atleast he hoped.

"o-oh! uhm, I was planning on apologizing to uh-" he couldn't finish the sentence, he can't even bring up to mention Saerin's name. he was scared for the first time in a while.

Jimin was scared his brother, his only comrade and the only one who's still on his side, will turn against him.

the younger one could feel his heart beating so loud he almost thought that his brother could hear them. and finally, Jimin's had enough of holding back words. the younger male hunged his head low a little bit before answering.

"I was planning on apologizing to S-Saerin.."

eyes still on the floor, not wanting to look up and to see what his brother's expression looked like. but what Kaejun replied shocked Jimin to the point that he forgot being formal.

"called it."

"how the hel-"

"language, my boy." the older male interrupted while slightly glaring.

"what, you think I'm stupid? Jimin, we've been together since the moment Mom screamed you out of her tiny hole. we've known eachother since that very day Jimin, I know how your fucked up personality works and how to deal with it. and also how your mood changes from time to time like some hoe in her period."

the younger one looked at his older brother with eyes wide.

Jimin was loss of words and he was taken aback of how his brother, who was always calm and mature just snapped at him like a twig.

"no, I mean like how did you know I was going to apologize to her? like, how did you know why?" the younger male asked with pure curiousity.

"first of all, one question at a time please. and second is like said, I know how your fucked up personality works, and did I forgot to mention that lying was like your hobby?"

Kaejun pointed out like some nerd pointing out boring facts with confidence as if everyone gives sixty-nine fucks.

"so you kn-now that I-" "Lied, yes. I did know and don't ask why because I don't want to repeat myself again."

the older male interrupted once again.

since the quietness (A/N: if that's even a word >v<) was slowly devouring the room, Kaejun decide to break the silence.

"so, why did you lied about the whole cheating what-not. and most importantly, why did you wanna divorce her that bad?"

he asked and put his hand in his sweatpants pocket only to find a chocolate bar, he want to hear his younger brother's answer so he didn't react and teared the cover and started devouring the chocolate.

Jimin looked like he about to let some gassy shit "please promise me that you'll understand and not get mad at me." the younger pleaded.

"yeah yeah, hurry up, I need to finish making dinner."

the younger one hestitated before answering
"I was growing tired of her, and all she ever did was sit around the house and shit while I'm outside working my fucking ass out. besides, even if I didn't divorced her what good can it bring?"

the male proudly asked the last part as if some kid proving themselves right when the people around him holding themselves back and know fucking well that kid is ignorant and know zero shits.

"honestly Jimin, I don't know what to do with you anymore. I don't know if I should help you sort things out or put rat poison in your food. 'cuz I don't think you're realizing it." Kaejun said as he litterally facepalmed himself.

"realizing what?" the younger male asked now with pure obliviousness.

his older brother double facepalmed himself before sighing and mumbling "dumbass piece of shit" under his breath but Jimin clearly heard it which confused him more.

"you need to stop being such an ignorant, idiot and a dumbass and think about everything for a moment." the older male whined with irritation while doing some unreadable gestures with both of his hands.

"hyung, stop saying things like that so sudden, it's confusing me even more. you know what forget it. go on and finish cooking dinner, I'll just finish reading this chapter of Harry Potter." Jimin pouted and grabbed his book from the side of his brother and started flipping through it, finding the page he was about to continue reading.

"and dear Jimin, please stop being an ignorant sadist, you need to think about things more deeply and I know this'll make you gag but you need to think about Saerin more often."

Kaejun said before shutting the door with a bang leaving his younger brother utterly confused.
